July 8th, Two weeks ago, I dropped my car off for a tire sensor, oil change and to check A/C. I was  told 5 times " it'll be ready tomorrow ( on 5 different days)." Then I'm told 1 pm friday ( 11 th day ) for sure and it would be ready by 1. It was 3:30  when we arrived from Houma and the entire front of dashboard is still missing. Instead of being honest, I was continually told different stories( a mother dying, then not dead but a nursing home, tech had cramps in his legs etc. I told supervisor if it's not out of here today they're getting me a rental free of charge.
WELL HAD RENTAL UNTIL TODAY!!! JULY 22!!!!
Returned rental to enterprise, got a ride to Bryan Suzuki. I'm told car is ready. I pay for car, and low and behold, I'm told after that one of my sensor lights is still on, but technician is at lunch and he'll be back in 30 minutes. So, some manager( imagine a middle aged man who thinks he's still the star quarterback of his high school team swagger),  who never gave me his name but tried to schmooze his way out of the situation by humiliating Terry ( in front of me) who in all honesty, is either probably very new to his job and believes mechanics are telling him the truth and he's still too new at his job to double check or he just shouldn't be doing that job period.  Even though I was upset, no one should talk to their employee like that in front of a customer.
Don't get me wrong, I told Terry that I appreciate HONESTY and if he would have called and said your car will not be ready as promised I apologize , but don't drive all the way here.

And since The Manager was sitting in his office while all this was happening for 14 days... Hmmm isn't he THE MANAGER FOR A REASON???
The " Manager" then tried to make light of the situation with me, by saying, " well Suzuki parts take longer to get and we did offer you the rental."

I shut him down right there, telling him:
1. Two weeks ago, I was told to bring car in  on Monday, diagnostics would be run right away, parts would be ordered and at dealership no later then Wed, and car would ABSOLUTELY BE DONE FOR FRIDAY. July 11th.
2. A rental was NOT OFFERED to me, I DEMANDED ONE.
3. An hour and one half later, I'm told car is ready. Get in car, two blocks away and on the floor is about 25 screws that I'm assuming belong in my dashboard! I drive back and they're all standing there including mechanic. I asked if my dashboard would be in my lap before I got home. Mr. Smooth says to the technician, oh, there's the screws you couldn't find! " the mechanic looks at him like , WTF are you talking about? Mgr assures me that " new screws were used".
I took the screws back, and said if they're missing and something happens, I guess I'll be owning your dealership after your sued. I get a business card from him with a $100 off my next service with them! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? LIKE I WOULD EVER GO BACK? Smh.

SO PEOPLE, Bryan Suzuki, Chevrolet. Whatever the problem, find someone else! Oh yeah, 1300.00 , ins for rental, gas for my car, hubby's truck and rental brought my total to $1500.00 and a chip in my windshield I can't prove wasn't there before this ridiculous horror show .
