Called service before driving there. Just wanted to see why washer fluid wasn't spraying. They said sure swing by and we can see what problem is. I drove there and guy said is have to make appointment and he didn't talk to me when I called. He said they were too busy and he was only one who could have answered phone.
So I had to drive further away to commonwealth dodge on Preston and they took good care of me even put air in tires.

My advice?  Run, as fast as you can.

Purchased my 2014 ram from here, instructed that financing would be done through my credit union, and without authorization of ever seeing a sale price on the new vehicle I had built, the finance department ran my credit through several different agencies.  After sorting out their mess with purchasing the new truck, it was not properly inspected when received and was missing grommets that attach the engine cover to the engine, they had to order an entire new cover and were supposed to call when it came in, several weeks later after driving the truck with no cover on the engine I dropped in, they had failed to call and inform me that the part was in.  No less than 1500 miles later the washer tank sensor quit working, tank full and truck still warning that the fluid is low, was told it was my washer fluid brand, they again ordered a part to fix it, and did not call when it came in as I instructed them to do, instead I had to drop in to check and see between appointments with other errands. Upon finding that indeed the service department failed to communicate with me, I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment to have the sensor installed, was told "you won't need one". I informed them I would be back on Thursday my day off. On my arrival in Thursday I was told they can't even get the truck in the shop until next week?  Now the tailgate motor that unlocks it doesn't work, and I am stuck with a partially functional brand new vehicle and a dealer that doesn't care about its customer.

I did not purchase any vehicle from you. I did come to look at one however. I walked away that night due to your man in Finance. He was extremely rude and treated me as well as my father as if we were not only children but as if he could care less if we bought a car from there or not. For those actions I will never come back to Sam Swope Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram or recommend them to anyone. The sales person was extremely helpful but could see the horrified look on his face as this man talked to us. You don't advise a customer that they bought a car from auction and have too much invested to let it go for the price you are asking. Without a bat of an eye he stood up before we could come back with a rebuttal shook our hands and walked away. Therefore I will make sure to purchase my vehicle when I find it at another place where my business is wanted and they will work with me.
