This dealership is terrible!  I spoke to the salesman before we started the purchase.  I specifically asked him if the price on the sticker was the total price, excluding tax, title and license.  His answer was yes. When it came down to signing the paperwork, they raised the price by $1,000!!!  He said that was the management fee.  Also, as we were getting ready to leave, I asked for the extra set of keys, and they wanted to charge me to make a set.  Unbelievable.  If you want a good deal - go someplace else.

I called in advance to see if they had anything matching a combination of price/mileage/year. They assured me they could work something out with the request i made. After 2 hours trying to manipulate me into vehicles i did not want they proposed the vehicle I initially inquired about at the price i wanted. We started paper work then they wanted to run my credit... they wanted to have me make payments for 4 years for what was a fair price on just the down payment.

I have been having my vehicles serviced here for years.  Steve Coffey always goes above and beyond when needed.  Today I traded in a 2010 Tundra for a new 2015 and received excellent service from Tyrone Cottrel, he as well went above and beyond to make me a great deal and to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

Wish there was a zero stars, have purchased cars at many dealerships, this is the most crooked, never again, love the Camry but would drive to a different city next time to purchase one.

Bad dealer.  No soup for you.  
Annoying sales department.  All I wanted was to get a price for a vehicle they had on their website.  All (or most) the other vehicles that they had listed included a price.  The one I was interested in did not have a price listed.  I contacted them but could never get a straight answer.  They would not give me their asking price until they contacted someone else to verify.  They would need my contact information to get back with me.  I told them I would give them my email/phone because they don't need it just to provide a price for a vehicle they are trying to sell.  Hung up and called back to get a different sales person.  I talked with for or five different people and no one could provide a price.  Seems to me it makes it much easier to sell something if you know what you want for it.

Dillon Sizemore is a true example of what customer service should look like everyday!  It doesn't matter how good or bad I've been treated in the past, he changed my perception of this dealership.  It feels really good to have that trust back and know I can expect quality service.  Bravo to Dillon to converting me to an active service customer!

Zero rating or below would be appropriate.
Well rehearsed underhanded sales tactics.
Will lie to you about what a vehicle cost Oxmoor - and what it is worth.
Will say a vehicle has been thoroughly inspected and maintenance performed, when it hasn't. Will lie about specs, features, options, etc. of a given vehicle.
Will sell you a vehicle above blue book value - as high above it as they can get away with.
Will negotiate a sales price, from which your down-payment and trade in should be deducted, but then when the paper work is processed your down-payment and trade in are what get you to that price. So, you actually pay your negotiated price plus the value of your trade in plus your down-payment.
The numbers and details of your deal move and change each time your salesperson goes away with your paperwork for a time to speak with a real or imagined "sales manager."
Will withhold useful information from you - even when you ask for it specifically.
Will switch vehicles on you, so that you are actually buying a different vehicle than the one you intended to buy.
Dishonest.  Deceitful. Crooks.
Oxmoor does not care about your business long term, so they don't mind screwing you over today.
Will do whatever it takes to lock you in to a sale - at an unreasonable and inappropriate cost.

I was traveling across the country in my 2012 Prius when the maintenance message came on. So I called up the closest Toyota (Oxmoor) and they got me in that morning. I was quoted about an hour for the oil change and maintenance checkup. I sat in the lobby and planned to get some work done but the wireless login would not load in any browser on my MacBook Air, so no work for me. Since I was there on a Thursday, I was offered a complementary massage by an in-house masseuse they staff every Thursday I guess. That was kind of cool and much appreciated as I had put 7,000 miles on my car in the past couple weeks so needless to say I definitely had some tightness. I also partook in their free coffee bar which is never a bad thing in my book. I'd have to say other than the Internet issue and my car taking longer than the quoted time (ended up taking about 10 minutes longer (70-80min) it was a good experience.

We Asians love our Toyota (8 cars, all Toyota in our family!) but this Toyota dealership gets no love from me. We stopped by quiet a few times to look at some and even very close to purchasing.  But their lack of customer service always drive us elsewhere.  I still remember the condescending way the salesperson looked at us, the pressure to buy and the overall unfriendly atmosphere.

It's a nice facility with a large selection but if I can't trust my salesperson and if I feel unwelcome, I won't be stopping by. I much prefer the Green Tree Toyota in Indiana or Toyota of Louisville on Dixie.

If there were a zero rating that could be given I would give it to this place. Awful, I mean awful customer service. Toyota of Louisville treated me much better.
