Talk to Willy Gault, super cool and personable. Great place to just cruise and check out what they have.  Getting a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited

Just left the dealership service center! Seriously the best customer service I've ever had at any dealership or service center. The staff was so nice, great customer service, great communication and the turnaround on our truck was quick. Usually when I go to a place for the truck to get an issue fixed I'm always given the runaround about an issue that they say costs an arm and a leg. I was surprised when they said that our issue was so minor we only paid the diagnostic fee! Great place. I say GO!

Initially I had a really poor experience with the service department.  After initially being told the car would be in service for 3-4 days, it ended up there for 3 weeks.  I understood why but was really frustrated with poor communication and was kept guessing as to when my car would finally be finished.  Then Tate the service manager stepped in.  His communication was excellent.  There was no guess work and the car ended up being ready when he said it would.  I find the service department very friendly but thought it was worth Tate reminding his folks that a good service department relationship is first based on good service.  Friendly is really nice but effective is still more important.   I'll bring both of my Jeeps back to service because Tate gets that.
