Initially I thought this was going to be a quick and easy visit, but it's been the biggest pain. Called in for a recall on my car, the woman got me an appointment the following week and ordered the parts. The day of the appointment I drop my car off and get a follow up call 6 hours later saying they didn't have all the parts in yet (mind you this is a broken air conditioner in the hottest part of the season). They reordered the parts and promised to give me a call when they came in, since last time nothing was communicated to me. Two weeks pass and I hear nothing, I call and the parts have BEEN in, and they cant schedule me another appointment for 2 more weeks. Horrible customer service. Will not be taking my car here ever again.

My car was experiencing an intermittent issue. I took it to Montgomery Chevrolet and they quickly diagnosed the cause of a problem they hadn't even observed. I doubt they even bothered to hook it up to their "computer" or the real problem probably would have been made clear. Instead, they did a jackleg examination and named a loose terminal end on the battery cable as the issue. They stated the entire cable would have to be replaced at a cost of $700. I opted to decline the repair and had the end piece replaced somewhere else for $15. It didn't prove to be the cause of my woes after all. Now image if I'd taken the bait.

I wish I had NEVER bought a car here.  I've had nothing but problems and the service department is the worst I've ever dealt with.
