I bought my 2011 Toyota Corolla from Nathan. I decided that I will never buy another car from anyone else! He not only helped me through the process, but he followed up with me to make sure that I am enjoying my new vehicle.

Fast service with a smile today. Thanks for checking my air pressure and getting that annoying light off my dash. All in 5 minutes.

Best in sales, service, and overall satisfaction.

Far better than the surrounding Lexus dealerships.

Watch the service dept. if you care about your car. I had been in for three time for tire balancing with all sort of frustrations for my brand new Lexus with 3400 miles on the odometer. Last time finally (spent 5 hours total) visiting them they got it right. But that is not the end of it. They scratched the rim and they put total of 25 miles on my car to check (as they claimed) tire balance. Last visit they drove my car 12 miles to check if one tire balance was OK. 12 miles to check tire balance??!! That is the distance from dealership to downtown Louisville. What is worse my mpg readout was down 6 miles/gl meaning this guy pushed the heck out of the car. Still I ended up with a scratched rim. Stay away from service dept. if you can. I will not do business with Same Swope dealerships again. I also will contact Lexus and BBB.

When you buy a Lexus you have to expect to pay a premium for the service. If you think you can just go to your local shop and have them fix a Lexus, well you will find out a Lexus is a different breed. The brakes are different than most and your typical brake place will more than likely mess it us to some extent. Your local shop will try to work on them but will epically fail unless they have a mechanic who is certified to work on  a Lexus. Too many bad experiences with local shops trying to work on my Lexus that the Lexus dealer is the only place I let touch my car now. Yes it can get pricey and yes they do recommend a lot of service you may not need. Bottom line, if you need a Lexus fixed they are the experts and they will get it right. Don't buy a 70K car if you can afford to have it fixed on a rare occasion.

I am a young Lexus owner. I was actually doing a favor for a friend and dropping off some documents. I walked in the nice facility and was met with 3 salesmen and a front desk lady. The 3 men all had their elbows on the table and acknowledged me with a "Hey."Then continued on with their conversation. I had to explain why I was there. Then asked if the service department was open. "Nope, closed." Well, should I call to schedule a service on my vehicle if I need that done. "Yep, just call." Elbows never left the counter, they continued on with their conversation. I was treated like a nobody.

Granted I was wearing shorts and sandals. But the sense of entitlement and pompousness they perpetrated rubbed me and my friend the wrong way. They were not helpful at all, didn't ask about any services or my needs whatsoever. I WAS DRIVING A LEXUS AND ASKING ABOUT SERVICE. You would think a salesman would roll with that. Just because you work at Lexus and have grey slicked back hair, dorky glasses, and a hot pink shirt on does not make you above me. Yes, I am young but don't judge a book by its cover. I was ready to spend money and they basically threw any inkling of service I hinted at back in my face. As we walked out to observe cars, another couple walked around after we arrived and were helped by a salesman almost immediately.

So, if you want service, get out your plastic surgery, fake boobs, or Armani suit because you better look rich to get good service.

I would not recommend anyone with a Lexus to this dealership whatsoever

Top notch sales team, came in to have my car serviced and walked around while I was waiting. Sales team didn't pressure, were very knowledgeable, and super friendly. Service department is fantastic as well. I came in without an appointment during the holiday season and they squeezed me right in.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY

The facility is beautiful and the staff is friendly.  They have the place stocked with free snacks, sodas, and computers with internet access.

But they wanted to charge me $576 for my front brake pads and rotors and that's simply unacceptable.  I can get that done for 1/2 that amount at most any brake shop.  Save your money and do your repairs elsewhere.
