I recently purchased a new Chrysler 200 S from them, and I have to say the experience was the best I have had (in regards to a new vehicle).

I visited on several occasions and looked at several different styles, types and brands. My sales person Keaton Horvat was great ... He was knowledgeable, and if he didn't know the answer he got it for me.  I jumped around from vehicle to vehicle and price range.  I also looked at both new and used.  Keaton was attentive and after looking and driving several cars.  He point out the new Chrysler 200 ... It had everything I was looking for.  The interior and exterior are awesome.  I was looking for an SUV with a certain interior look which I just wasn't feeling with the Jeep.  I wasn't thinking about a car, so I am really glad that Keaton was paying attention to the things I wanted in a car and not just the general appearance.

The sales experience was enjoyable and low pressure. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Chrysler or Jeep. I absolutely love mine.

We had been shopping around for an SUV to replace my BMW. I really wasn't sure about moving from BMW to Jeep but Tim made the decision very easy. Tim had great product knowledge and was able to explain the benefits and difference from Jeep to BMW. From the business side this was one of the easiest transactions. They gave me a fair price for my trade and on the car itself. The best part is they were very upfront with the numbers. I would definitely recommend them in the future. Will keep you updated on the service side of the house.

I have a Grand Cherokee Overland from Cross Jeep in Louisville, KY.  It still only has temp tags on it it's so new, and the sunroof exploded on me for no reason.  Nothing hit it, nothing fell on it... I personally assumebrett this will be covered by my bumper to bumper warranty.  My service rep (Tony) that is working on this, started off poorly by telling me I was wrong and that something had to have hit me, and this would probably be an insurance claim.  I had lost the battle before it even began.  Chrysler also rejected it (big surprise there).  I asked even with all the other companies that were having issues from BMW to Kia, if they couldn't apply my warranty and he said he'd never heard of this happening in over 20 years being on the job.  It's called knowing your profession...and Google.  I purchased the diamond service package that includes loaner vehicle option...but apparently not for me because when I asked about a loaner car, he informed me he could call Enterprise...wow.  Thanks for selling me something I can't use.  I keep asking questions and not getting any sort of sensible response as far as time frame.  They tell me they've never done a 2014 sunroof before and don't know how long it will take....how hard is it to get a rough estimate?  I just need something to work with since I'm paying for my own rental car. Jeep/Chrysler will never reach luxury company status because of the lack of customer service and knowledgeable reps.  Bad decision on my part for not doing more research on the company before I bought.
