Reviews on Bachman Subaru

Neal in Service was great.  Able to make same day appointment for oil and tire rotation.  Took my car back right on time and turned it around very quickly.  Second time for service on my 2014 Forester and extremely pleased both times.

Service manager Jim Edmundson is a pleasure to work with.  I'm on my second Subaru, and have dealt with Jim since 2006.  Always able to get my car in/out quickly, never any surprises.

Sales person was very personable and fun. Great buying experience at Bachman Chevrolet. Would recommend if you are looking for a car give they a try.

I test drove what I was told was a 2009 Subaru WRX with the Premium trim. The car was in good condition and I would have purchased it, but they felt my offer was too low (4k below asking price, about 2k below dealer's price on for the Premium trim) and refused to even negotiate with me. That's their prerogative....

except the car wasn't a Premium trim. The car was a Standard trim and was worth exactly what I was offering. They were asking 4k more than the car was worth.

Either they don't know their cars and purchased what they thought was a Premium (which does not put faith in me to have my car purchased and serviced there) and didn't bother to check the package before they advertised it or they flat out lied to whoever bought that car. I love Subaru, but I hate that this is the closest dealer to me.
