Maybe I'll change the 2 stars eventually but I'm pretty irritated. If a place closes at 7pm and you arrive 30 min before that, you'd expect to be taken care of. I needed an oil change on a CERTIFIED Used car, should take about 30 min, right? I thought I should go to the Service department, which I did and they told me they couldn't do it because the Parts department was closed. Huh?? If the Service department it's open and no where on your site says they can't do oil changes after the Parts department closes, then shouldn't you be able to change my oil? He offered to make an appointment for 6pm and I told him I worked full time until 6 which is why I'd just arrived...he mentioned Saturday but I'm going out of town (which is why I wanna get my oil changed today!), so I'm not too happy. It's not the guy's fault, it's Bachmann Chevrolet's fault. Be clear on your website on what can be done up to 7pm...If the Service department can't actually do anything after 6pm, then make that clear, or I'll take my car (and money) elsewhere.

I appreciated the low pressure way the sales team dealt with me.  The finance team even changed the deal in my favor when I came back to do the paperwork.  Definitely a better experience than I am used to.  I left a few times to look at cars at other dealers and they never once tried the usual routine of trying to keep me on the premises to get me to sign.
