I recently had my TL in for service. This is the second Acura we have purchased from this dealership. They go the extra mile on customer experience. Not often do you leave any service related business feeling just ok about the experience. Our salesman with the Wichita Acura dealer was Jay Harter who made our buying experience a pleasant one! We would highly recommend Jay as he is honest, sincere and keeps his promises. Jay goes above and beyond to make his customers happy and to make sure their buying experience was satisfactory. Jay is indeed an asset to the sales team at Acura.  This is our 2nd Acura TL--they are great cars!

We purchased my new Lexus from this dealership and have been dazzled repeatedly. Earl in the service department is so personable, kind and thorough.

Their amenities are second to none. Friends locally who own BMW vehicles don't have half of these available to them. :)

My husband makes use of the airport shuttle service, I love the car washes, loaner vehicles during service and everything else is a bonus. :)

I highly recommend Lexus of Wichita to everyone and have been delighted to be a customer. :)

I had such a great experience at the new Mercedes Benz dealership! Mark and Tim were fantastic! They've definitely made my experience very comfortable and satisfying. Kim bush!!!! Ask for her, she is amazing. Attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, reliable and kind. This is the epitome of luxury- everything about this Mercedes Benz purchase! Treated to lunch, full walk through of car, on phone, months later still getting follow up calls to ensure everything is ok. I too was like Brian M. and thought the world of this dealership.  I was a longterm customer who loved their attention to detail, the loaner cars, the level of service, and their ability to work with either me or my family to resolve an issue with a car.

Recently they misdiagnosed a ploblem with my car and quoted me $10,000 to fix it.  I took it to a local garage where we discovered it was a minor problem and had it fixed for less than $400.  That is a $9,600 difference and why I am giving Scholfield Mercedes-Benz 1 star review after 2 decades of service.  I had hoped it was just a simple mistake but when my wife and I alerted them of their misdiagnosis they replied by telling us that their "process" in their garage would not have lead to properly diagnosing the problem and that they would have had to do the $10,000 fix anyway.

My wife returned 1 last time to get help with a stripped screw on the rear license plate bracket.  They quoted us a few hundred to remove the rear door of the SUV, replace the part, plus labor.  A few hundred...for a stripped license plate screw.  So long.

I am beyond dissapointed in both these experiences and sadly doubt if I will be giving my business to them again.

There has never been a dealership that I have done business with that treats its customers like they are King like these guys. Wow. They give you a loaner car that is the make you drive and is new. Attention to detail, free car wash anytime, concierge services like picking up your drycleaning, taking you to the airport or spa. They leave nothing to chance when it comes to the customer. They get it! My hat's off to this dealership. I'll be a longterm customer.
