Eddy's Toyota of Wichita helped me find a brand new car with a new shopping experience! I couldn't comprehend why people would go to another dealership that has a commission sales staff?! They are NON-COMMISSION! They actually want to get you the lowest price so you will buy the vehicle from them! I also needed a new insurance provider and they conveniently have an Allstate agency located inside their dealership that gets you the best insurance deals I have ever received. They also have so much inventory to choose from since they have dealerships all over Wichita, KS. They have so many vehicles for sale for such a good price. I know people that will drive from Hutchinson and Oklahoma because Eddy's Toyota could get them such a good deal compared to other Toyota dealerships in the area. They have enough staff to also make the finance process go FAST and smoothly. Who likes to wait for hours for the deal to be done?! I want to drive home my new car and show it off! That's exactly what I got to do in my brand new SUV! Any time I have had a concern I just called my salesman and he was able to help me, still even after he sold me the vehicle! That is customer service! I have had family members buy multiple vehicles from them and always have been extremely happy! I will always go to Eddy's Toyota to shop for new and used vehicles at the best price!

Terrible salesmen, all nice till they try to pressure you to spend all your money on a new car lease. Try to "cheat" the system by leasing the car for 0 percent interest and then paying it off when the lease is up. Great short term deal but bad long term. Place for people to go who can't do math.

I called to inquire about the differences between the 2014 and 2015 4tunners and was on hold and transferred several times.

Once I got through to the sales person and I asked simple questions I was told they had to look up the answers.  After being on hold again for a few more minutes, she got back on the line sand gave inaccurate answers and didn't know anything..  I asked how long had been in sales sand she said it was her 4th day. That explains her poor sales training and they just lost a $50,000 plus prospect.  When I hung up, she used caller id and called me back but I'm not interested in poor service.

Worst (attempted) buying experience ever!

It started well enough, with a pleasant conversation and a pressure free test drive with Jamie Doss. (Thank you for that Jamie)

The problems began when they brought in the "money guy", Luke. Luke started in with the highball offer. When I declined, the pressure started, that didn't work so he started trying to bully us into taking the deal, then quickly moved to condescension  (does that EVER work?). In the end he practically chased us out the door while Jamie looked on in shock.

My wife and I got to our car and had to sit there for a bit to process that this had really just happened.  Frankly by the time I left I was so mad I wouldn't have taken the car if they had given it to me.

I feel like I got a great deal on my new camry se and a fair price on my trade in from Andy Gonzales and Eddys Toyota. He was knowledgeable and confident enough to not have to resort to pressuring me into buying anything, which I appriciated.  I looked at, and drove all the competitors from the Hondas to the fords, nissans, almost everything over a 3 week period,  and when I started the process of researching cars the camry was close to the bottom of the list. But after visiting eddys twice and several phone calls and texts later Andy was able to find the car I wanted and pull through with a great deal.  I feel like toyota makes a great car and I'm very happy with my purchase.  It's really no wonder why camry is the best selling car in America.

This is the first time I've ever stepped foot in a car dealership, and it will definitely be the last. Ever since I moved to wichita from Philadelphia, I noticed that lots of folks gave me strange looks while I commuted by bike. However, no one has ever had the gall, or been so pretentious as to downright berate me for choosing to ride a bike.
I came to Eddy's because I had won a chance to spin a wheel for a prize from a promotional piece of junk mail sent to me. While I was riding up to the establishment, one of the dealers said sarcastically and with an annoying smirk, "hey you know we trade in bikes." After shrugging off that clearly rude comment, I went to lock up my bike and was approached by another annoying salesman who began our interaction the same way you might if you were alerted by a homeless person trespassing on your property. "Do you have business here?" He said curtly. I'm sure if I drove up in a big selfish SUV I wouldn't have been treated like this. After stating that indeed I do have business here, and that I'm not just locking my bike on your lot to loiter, I proceeded inside where I witnessed my first car dealership. It was just as I imagined: shiny smooth space-age interior with high ceilings and a room filled with fat ugly Americans signing papers to buy Toyotas they can't afford. I politely asked an associate for assistance and explained that I had won their little promotional game. I was then escorted by a twenty something fake-tanned blonde dummy to a registry machine. I'm not even sure if she knew how darn rude she was being. After three attempts at spelling my first name to her and insisting that yes, Yecheskel is my first name and Francis is my last name, she asked what I drove. I said, my bike. She looked at me like I said something off and asked, "you mean motorcycle?" I said no, my bike, which I pointed to right outside the window. She looked at me with disgust and asked, "why don't you drive?" After explaining lightly my life choices, she asked if I have ever owned a car, which I never have, and continued to question me more about why I wouldn't want to drive. I said I lived downtown and I had no need to travel more than ten miles, that my work and school was easily bike-able to. She then exclaimed, "you rode all the way here from downtown!?" I said yes, all five miles, which in my opinion in not far at all. She then spun the little prize wheel FOR ME without consultation and I won a measly lottery ticket, which they couldn't even give me there, so I asked to have it mailed. The last rude thing she said was her reaction to my work. I said I work at the Wichita Symphony Orchestra and that I'm a violist, to which she blurted laughingly, "wow they pay you for that?"
I hate how throughout all these interactions the employees here spoke down to me as if I were some kind of subhuman urchin, some poor confused and unenlightened person for choosing not to be a motorist. Every time they spoke to me or commented on my lifestyle, they spoke with a clearly condescending tone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Typical awkward car buying experience. I was buying my first car and I decided on a Toyota Prius. The salesman was pleasant enough I guess... the 'negotiator' was out of this world pushy and high pressure. I even had my mom go with me since she is in sales and it was still a very uncomfortable process. I settled with not a great deal on my car... But I regret my decision to purchase from this establishment. I even told the 'negotiator' that he was making me feel VERY uncomfortable and he didn't care. I guess to him NO never means NO. I felt harassed and pressured into buying a car and I now hate all salesman. I will not be returning here for another car purchase. #hatecarsalesman #nomeansno

This is place I have to go cos I bought my wife s car from here and it has complimentary maintenance package.  If u buy a car from here cos u love Toyota don't expect anything good from them. U can not get a good deal from them. They get you anyway. I did the same mistake for the second time cos we wanted a prius. But that is it will go to another city to buy my next Toyota than coming here. Would not recommend for anyone. Stay away!

Eddy's Toyota is a scam, only if I am able to give this company 0 star. They install a brand new headlights for Audi A4 and scratched the lens.  They blame the company who the lights was ordered from. In the beginning, why would you install a headlights if you know it is scratched in the first place? I can tell you they most likely scratch the headlights during installation and hope the customer won't find out. I will stay away from this place.

BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!!! While my car was @ Eddys for service, my phone was stolen out of my vehicle. And then to top that off they cracked my bumper causing my fog lamp to break as well, and when i pointed this out to the service manager DAVE he told me that they did not steal my phone and they would not be fixing the damage! I admit i went out of control after he told me this, but not to the point he had to call the cops on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess he didnt like me letting all his other customers know how scandalous they are!!!
Now i have to figure out how to come up with the money to get something fixed that they broke!
So not only did they steal from me they damaged my leased vehicle! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE AND EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

well, this is the only toyota dealer in the area so you dont really have a choice. bought a car 2 years ago and we talked price, talked them down and they told us sure, as long as you finance through us, its 0% and no catches in the contract. sealed the deal and took home the papers to later learn that there was a cash rebate from toyota if we financed through the dealership.

Its fine that they kept that cash rebate, but it just felt kind of sketchy that they didn't tell us up front, and that they just silently pocketed it without telling us.

nothing else to complain about, really. toyotas make the best cars and the dealership is almost irrelevant almost.

Once you figure out how to get into the service area, which by the way just means driving up to the industrial looking garage doors, Eddy's Toyota service dept seemed like a very nice place.  Inside the totally indoor, for the customers at least, service department you are greeted at your vehicle by a rep.  They were very nice and efficient.  Normally I can my own oil but since I also wanted the brakes looked at decided to take it to the dealer since I had a coupon.  They did the oil change, rotated the tires, brake inspection, ran it through a car wash, and just an overall inspection for a very reasonable price.  The best part of this for me was they didn't try and pressure a single thing on me.  No extra services, parts, gimmicks, etc.   They just did what I asked to them to do in a timely and reasonably priced manor.  I probably wont be back for oil changes just because I do them myself but I would consider them for other things.
