I'm just going to get straight to the point. This was my first time coming to Davis Moore and I came here with an idea of what kind of car I was interested in looking at. I did not even have a chance to browse around the lot before Wally Awadallah pulled me in his office to talk. Why would anyone need to talk to a salesman in the office without even having a chance to look at any cars before hand?! I was there to browse and make some decisions not to rush into making a damn deal the second I pulled in and got out of my car!!!! He was not friendly and rather pushy. He made me feel really reallllly uncomfortable. If this is the way Davis Moore employees do business then I'm happy taking my business elsewhere!! I've been to a few other dealerships and have never been treated this way. He is truly the definition of what a car "salesman" is. Rude, pushy and arrogant. I would have liked to give Davis Moore another chance but after meeting Wally and a lot of thinking I'm going to say NO not a chance! This was absolutely the worst ever! If I could have given this place 0 stars I would!

I used the body shop to get some hail damage fixed, thinking that a dealer's body shop I could get OEM parts.  After the work was "complete", I did a walk around and all the work was explained, but as I got into my vehicle, there was heavy dust everywhere, I had to leave the vehicle there for another day to get detailed...which consisted of a once-over with a rag.  Clearly the doors and/or windows were open when some heavy sanding was going on...which leads me to believe a lot of bondo was used.  The new hood and tailgate are noticeably thinner than the original hood and tailgate, which means the slightest bump will produce a new dent.  After a few months, I realized that not everything was put back together correctly...of course the cop that pulled me over to tell me that my license plate lights were out was the first I had noticed they were out.  The kicker of it, the bulbs were just fine, but the wiring harness was never reconnected.  Thanks Davis Moore for the backyard repair job.

Their service department rapes you. They charged me $500 for a freakin' O2 sensor. I told them what was wrong with it when I dropped my Corvette off and they claimed they had to troubleshoot it. They are thieves and I will never set foot in the place again.

I purchased a new car from Davis-Moore Chevrolet in June.  This dealership appears to only care about making the sale, getting a commission, sending you off and not bothering with you afterward.  The sales person did not show me how to use any options on this vehicle.  An owners manual did not come with the vehicle (yes, it was brand new).  My salesman blamed it on the Parts Department (who he never asked to order it).  I will give kudos to the Parts Department because they finally got me a manual 6 weeks AFTER I got the car, without them, I still would not have it.  Supposedly, there is a $50.00 referral fee for the person who referred me to this dealership, but my salesman actually talked down to me, telling me "he will go ahead and give it to this person, but I really should have used the salesperson he used to qualify for the referral fee".  I absolutely love my car would would not recommend this dealership if you want to be treated as a valued customer.

After trying to work with 9 Jeep dealers in Arkansas, 2 in Missouri, 1 in Louisiana, and 2 in Texas, I had just about given up buying a new Jeep when I contacted Davis-Moore in Wichita. If other dealers would work this way, customers would be so much happier! This was the easiest car buying transaction I have EVER had...EVER! They gave me an OUTSTANDING price on my new Jeep as well as very fair prices for my trades. I had done my homework and research on the vehicle I wanted to buy and they did not try to discredit me or my numbers or try to engage me in a debate over pricing or the value of my trades. It went so smoothly I was suspicious. I drove over 450 miles from Arkansas to Wichita fearful that something was going to go wrong. But, I picked up my new Jeep. Everything was exactly as represented online. I turned in my trades and left Wichita with a HUGE smile on my face in my new Jeep! Take note Arkansas car dealers and try to learn something from Davis-Moore!

Just purchased another used car from Davis Moore.  This is the third car I have purchased from them and have always been happy with the service I receive.  I looked around all the other dealers and carmax but didn't find a better deal.  The salesman took me to all the other davis moore lots looking for just the car I wanted.  Also got a year of free oil changes with it free.  I never felt like they were pressuring me or pushing me like I have at some car dealers.
