I have worked with Ashley Brosce over the past three years in the purchase of three Mercedes Benzs.  While the quality of the product stands on it's own merits, the service and support I have received from Ashley has been equally outstanding.  She has made the purchase of each car as easy as can be, and goes out of her way to help with the little things.  No detail is too small, or overlooked by her.

Always great service and once again I was not disappointed. Stopped in during a rain storm due to a wiper issue and  Adam in service knocked it out  in 10 minutes. As always Ashley, our salesperson, was there  to check on us  and make sure all  was good with the vehicle and  our experience to date. Professional, friendly and one  of the  cleanest dealerships you will ever see

It goes without saying can't go wrong with a Mercedes Benz. This dealership has quality people there to make the experience even better. I definitely recommend giving them a visit!

Really not a good experience.  Ordered a part for my MB, and the parts department was great, but when it wouldn't fit correctly, the parts department suggested I see if someone from service could take a look and verify I wasn't doing something wrong.

That's when it all changed.  Instead of taking 5 minutes and looking at it himself, offering to have a tech come out and take a look, they insisted I schedule an appointment on a different day.  Seriously?  The hour I'd spend driving round trip clearly doesn't matter as much as the 5 minutes it would have taken to resolve the issue then and there, after I just spent $300 on a set of cross bars for my bicycle.

Ended up just returning the part and I'll find another dealership that wants my money.

Was just verbally abused by the general manager who our salesperson took us to for help.  Not sure why he went into attack mode, but I have never been treated worse in any after purchase/customer service scenario.  The foul language really added to the classy nature of this General Manager and all in front and to my wife, as well as the salesperson, employees and customers.  So I am now the proud owner of a Mercedes that I hate all because of this "gentleman."  Stay away from these folks.  As the only Mercedes dealer in Indianapolis, they simply do not care, and if you are lucky they might even throw an F-bomb at you!.

I brought my car in for $1,200 worth of service on a Thursday.  Late that day they called to tell me they had forgotten to order my new tires and would need to keep the car over the weekend.  When I picked up the car on Tuesday the windshield was cracked.  They never called to tell me and refused to make amends, even after Mercedes corporate called and recommended that they do.  Take your business elsewhere.

Will probably never buy a Mercedes in my life after experience here. Apparently, I didn't seem to be "interested enough"(?) And guy who I dealt with said this to my face as well. Wouldn't even let me test drive. (Wondering if they were actually serious about selling cars, might be important to get a test drive, no?)
Some advice to car dealers: even if the car was slightly out of my price range now, why alienate a potential customer in the future?
I'd avoid this place if you can live without a Mercedes.

As a Smart car owner it can be scary considering the limited service options in Indy. Fortunately, the Mercedes service dept at World Wide provides excellent service. I've visited them for routine service (oil changes, tire rotations, etc) and had to call when my car wouldn't start. (please Smart install auto lights!!) The one consistent is the lady who answers the service line. She is a gem. She is professional, considerate of my time, and always reassuring if I have a question. She troubleshoots on the phone and if I visit handles my transactions from start to finish with a smile. I'm certain working in the service dept must put you in the firing line of a lot of unhappy people. No one likes car trouble. Probably the only time anyone posts is if it is a bad experience.
I wanted to take this opportunity to appreciate the wonderful staff who have helped. My service providers have a business card which is also helpful. Shout out to both Adams who have answered all of my questions even when the rattling noise was my garage door opener on the visor. Bless you for not laughing :)
