Went t there to look at vehicles and found one, but there was not pricing on it and there were closed.  So called next day and sent appointment for earlier that day for the vehicles that I wanted.  Noticed after I made appointment there raised price by $4000.00, so I keep my appointment and arrival and was told that it was miss priced and computer error.  Basic I was SOL.  I left and went on True Car website and found that same vehicle for the original price I saw, so locked in it with True Car and had certificate  of guarantee and they still will not honor and will not even call back.  I could see computer error on there site but on a different site. If I could give them no stars I would

I'm pretty much in love with this dealer.  Purchased two cars here.  What really stands out is the service team.

After moving to Indy in 2007, I tried a few Jeep dealers in Town.  Putting almost 145K miles on our 2007 Jeep in 3 years, I was at the dealer often for oil changes, maintenance and warranty repairs.

First, O'Brien Jeep when we lived in Castleton.  Also used Kahlo and then Eastgate when we moved to the Eastside.  I use them for multiple cars now including non-Chrysler vehicles.

From my vantage point at the time, the service folks were the most down to earth.  I came often enough that I developed a couple personal favorites, including Joe and Dereck and now a new Oil Change Fast Lane manager.  My interactions with management have been very brief.  Marshall in service is accessible and friendly.

Other reasons I like Eastgate...pricing is always fair, diagnosis is pretty good (in over 70 visits there is only one time I can remember feeling like an issue wasn't ID'd correctly initially--and they took care of it.

I am a procrastinator when it comes to scheduling, and they have a fast lane for oil changes where our Volvo dealer, Tom Wood, has about a week wait.

We bought one new car here in 2012, and noticed a couple days later it had light hail damage.  Went back to the lot and found a couple others (same make and model) with same damage.  Pointed it out and they took care of everything.  I was upset and defensive that time in part because I was afraid I would be stuck with the hail damage, and in part because new cars are expensive, but they were so nice about it that I felt bad afterwards.  Sometimes I think it's stuff like this that keeps you coming back.

Overall I keep coming back to the accessibility of the staff, down to earth rather than the norm in the industry which seems to be pretentious, reasonable pricing and quick scheduling.  I don't really have a reason to shop them and the only downfall might be that my car purchase preferences have gone away from Jeeps in recent years.  But I still like their service department best.

Do NOT do business with this company.

I took my Jeep in for some warranty work on my transmission.  I called ahead and scheduled an appointment.  It took them 8 days to do it! 8 days for less than 4 hours of work.  After the 6th day they offered to try and get me a rental vehicle, which I would have had to pay for out of pocket.  I called every day to find out when it would be repaired, and every day the service manager told me it would be done by the following morning.  When I would call the following morning, it suddenly got moved to the afternoon or next morning.

When I did finally get the vehicle back, the problems weren't completely fixed, and the technician had obviously been smoking in it since it smelled like smoke and there was a burn in the seat.  Of course they denied it, and when I pushed, they said they would call their fabric repair company about getting it fixed, and then they would get back to me.  Of course, they never called.  I got my own quote on it and decided I would rather eat the $125 than take my Jeep back to this joke of a repair shop.

If this company had at least been forthcoming about how short staffed they were, or that they couldn't meet the schedule, or done pretty much anything besides outright lie, perhaps I would think better of them.  But, they topped that off with a half complete repair job and failed to own their mistakes.  Not a good business model.

The short of it is that Kahlo is not that far away.  They are a far superior dealership and garage, and they deliver on their word.

As a final insult, they are now robo-dialing me to schedule my Jeep for routine maintenance (LOF and the like).
