Horrible Service I was there for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me finally a nice young man name Dustin approaches me and apologized for his co workers behavior. Dustin was great,  but the rest of them including the Receptionist were very Rude!

Service hours terrible, no early, no late , stand outside in rain and cold, employees inside could care less, 2 weeks to get appt, then stand here waiting in rain , they should look at VW Indy, drive in to a nice garage,  this places is bad, no customer service for high priced BMW, other dealers in US twice as nice and better hours, then they say we are way behind may take two days for oil change...Wow , they need some organization

I went to BMW to look at new cars a few years ago. My experience was so bad that I am still angry about it. Barry Wickliff was my salesman. I asked him if all the cars came with heated seats and he turned to my mother and called me a brat and continued to insult me throughout the time I was looking at cars. I am a nurse and could never even dream of treating a patient this way. Needless to say I did not purchase a BMW. I took my business to Lexus and bought an RX instead. To this day I refuse to ever purchase a BMW from this dealership. It is never okay to belittle your customers.
If you come to BMW and get BARRY WICKLIFF as your sales associate save yourself the humiliation and RUN!
p.s. Barry, no one cares about your football career. Get over it.

Willie was a great sale representative. He was knowledgeable, direct, and pleasant to talk to.

In fairness to Dreyer & Reinbold, specifically their service department, I wanted to update my review. After speaking with a MINI customer care expert at their 1-800 number, I received a call from Thomas the service manager at D&R asking for another chance to try and repair the transmission issue with my MINI.  They initially replaced a part of the transmission, then test drove the car only to find it still had the issue.  They have now replaced the entire transmission and are keeping it to test drive and make sure it is running correctly.  I am due to get Sadie back on Friday and I hope, hope, hope, she purrs like a kitten.  My thanks go out to Thomas and his team for addressing this issue.

Dreyer and Reinbold BMW - Service Department.

BMW drivers have notoriously been deemed the level of douche that only a few other brands can try to atest to; but when you drive the ultimate driving machine, you'll have this uncanny. lasting experience that you expect everywhere. (Not referring to 328i or 325i - which literally is a corolla)

So, BMW drivers are not the nicest to deal with, they literally expect the sky to fall down and bow down to them, only because of their extremely high and unreasonable expectations mostly caused by their cars.

When I purchased my car, I took it to D&R-BMW and I wasn't too happy with the service, so much that I wrote BMW - headquarters themselves complaining about the lack of attention and detail.

It was however, when I noticed the most trivial occurrence (a flicking needle) that they really pulled through for me. They diagnosed my car until we found that I had to change my transmission. Annoyed that a less that 50K miles car needed a new tranny, I'm glad that I had them on my side.

They explained every thing in the detail I wanted, worked with the warranty company and worked with getting their insane prices down because as good as they are, they are still a stealership.

And just like that, I became a B&R BMW lifer; their service was unparalleled and met my unrealistic expectations.

Props for having courtesy vehicles always available when needed.

Years ago, I shopped D&R BMW and felt like I was basically ignored. I steered clear of them for years, but in 2012, I saw a listing for a used BMW that seemed like a good option. So, I sent an email to learn more about it.  I got a quick response from Dominic Martin, and so I went to check out the car.  I didn't buy it though, and he couldn't have been more understanding.  Fast-forward about 9 months, and I was ready to end my lease with Acura and shop new BMW inventory.  Remembering Dominic's helpful, and patient, attitude I decided to reach out to him again.  I was hopeful he was still there. He was, and I leased a new BMW from him.  His knowledge of their inventory, understanding of what I wanted in a new car, and his over-the-top customer service made me really happy I gave D&R BMW North another shot. The REALLY impressive thing about  Dominic is, that those customer service traits don't end just because he made the sale.  He's quick to respond to questions, and he even demanded that my car be re-detailed after I'd had it for a while, simply because HE wasn't happy with the way it looked when I first picked it up.  What car salesperson does that, these days!?  Dominic does.  I'm his customer for as long as he's in this area, and this industry.  Sure, BMWs cost a little more than some other cars out there. But, Dominic's value-added services make it worth every penny.

Stay away! This is the problem in a one dealership town. From Newport Beach, CA, so used to quality as 5 BMW dealerships within 30 miles. This place has attitude, arrogant sales people and shitty service.. Just a note, I drive a 7 series, not a cheap low end. BMW you've lost my biz......

Dominic Martin made the whole purchase process the most relaxed and comfortable experience that I have ever had buying a car. His "no pressure" and honest approach is greatly appreciated. I felt like I was working with a friend and not somebody who was just trying to get me to sign the check.  His efforts to work with my tight schedule were greatly appreciated. He has also shown fantastic after-sale follow up by checking in to make sure that I am happy with my purchase and by answering all of my additional questions.  I would not hesitate to recommend Dominic to anybody looking to purchase a car.
