Came in looking for a used tundra. Worked with Bill, great guy, made the process easy. Love my truck, will definitely be back for the next car.
Thanks Bill!

After test driving nearly 20 cars at 4 different dealers in a week I came to the conclusion that the best car and the best car dealer for me was Butler Toyota. My excellent salesman was Chris Myers.  What a wonderful, good listener, non-aggressive, and knowledgable salesman he is. He let me decide which car was best for me. What a concept. He didn't "sell" me anything but rather allowed me to select "my" car.  I cannot give any higher recommendation than that. Please check him out for yourself.

Fast friendly and knowledgable. I needed some parts for my Toyota 4Runner. I called and the man on the phone was professional. I explained to him what I needed and he helped me get the correct parts and some parts I didn't know I was going to have to use. The price is more than your Auto-Zone, but you get the OEM Parts, they fit correctly and were designed for your specific application.

SERVICE:  One thing to keep in mind now.  Butler has outsourced their service phone to India.  You can't talk to anyone in service now.  You call the 877 number and you'll get some guy in India named "Bob".

SALES:  Butler's sales people don't stick around there long and they are either not knowledgeable about the financing products or flat out lie.  I suspect the latter.  Either way, avoid if possible and go to another dealer if you are looking for a Toyota.  There are too many dealers around to go to a place like this.  Further, the highest car quotes I received were from Butler.  Something's changed there over the past two years.

I bought my 2012 Toyota Corolla pretty much over the phone from this place and it was a great experience!

Back story: I was moving from AZ to IN and needed a car as soon as I landed (pretty much). So we called, were paired with a terrific salesman (Todd Berry) and we had all the info ready to go so as soon as I got to the dealership all I had to do was sign on the dotted line! It was probably the fastest car buying experience Butler has ever encountered.

And with my warranty I can just roll on up to the dealership and have all my maintenance done ASAP. And they really do get me out of there quickly.

I really enjoy their business and am very grateful we found them online.

Great experience in the service dept. Pricey but I was expecting it and Cody kept me up to date the entire time. Also got the work done quicker than expected! Everyone was cordial!

It's good to see others posting reviews for a car dealer.  Had not thought about that much.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Butler and I could not say more about the experience.  Going into the dealer with all of the knowledge you need in order to make good decisions is a MUST.  Here's what I knew: 1) I knew exactly what I wanted, make, model, options, etc., and what the dealer cost for the vehicle was.  2) I knew, based on the dealer's website, that they had the exact vehicle in stock, the night before.  3) I knew everything about my trade, how much it was worth, as well as having a rough estimate for trade-in value from a different dealer.  4) I knew what kind of tactics (nothing even slightly dishonest) that dealers employ to encourage the sale, and how to respond to those tactics.  5) My final numbers on what I wanted to pay for the deal (new car minus trade), and how much I could still deviate from that and still feel like I got a good deal.  6) I knew how I would pay.

Going in with this knowledge I had a wonderful experience and got to meet some very nice people, all who of course wanted to sell me a car, but also all of them wanted my experience to be pleasant and for me to feel I was treated fairly.  This was my 4th purchase from this dealer, and that is a large part of why I keep coming back.

The Customer Quiet Room can be a good place to avoid the shouty people on Fox News which blares in the traditional waiting area.

This was my first time buying a car. I was nervous! I was scared! I was unsure! Cole took my anxiety and put it into a place never to be seen again, similar to what George Lucas did with the original theatrical versions of Star Wars.

Not only was he knowledgeable, he was friendly and really put me at ease during the trying time of making the largest purchase of my life thus far. I had been to other dealerships in the past two weeks, and I felt as though they were only after the sale. I felt pressured and unsure of what I was getting into. Not at Butler, though. Cole explained the entire process and all of the paperwork.

I love my new vehicle, and will recommend Butler Toyota Scion( and Cole) to all of my friends.

We set out to buy a new Honda but we decided to make a courtesy visit to Butler Toyota Scion because of our relationship with Andy Skinner and the investment the dealership has made in the arts community. After sitting down to talk to Andy about our options we found that he wasn't just a friend, he was actually a much better salesman than the people we'd encountered at other dealerships. He helped us understand some aspects of leasing that we had failed to grasp during visits to other dealerships and made the process as smooth as it can be.

Hopefully Toyota will expand its inventory of electric vehicles because I intend to keep buying cars from Butler.

My wife wanted me to get a new Rav-4. I attempted to email the internet department and asked for their best deal. I only wanted to deal with them by email but they ignored my request and called. Too bad I don't talk on the phone...unless I want to.

They did leave a message and they had a couple of documentation fees that seem like the are just trying to find extra money!

I guess the moral to my story is one good deal in a lifetime is all you get.....the rest of the time, drive to CarMax and buy a new car from them.
