Slowest service this side of creation!!  I was there for hours!  My salesperson took my application and left me in his office to go have fun with his coworkers and eat the free hot dogs they were giving out that day.  The only time they tried to talk to me again is when I was walking out the door.

A few years ago, I bought one car from them. It was a great experience. The time came to trade that car in and I decided to go back to Blossom Chevy because of how I was treated the first time, even though I had moved out of state. I figured, hey, why not. They are a great business and treated me well, and 5 hours isn't that far anyways. So I did my research, called down there many times, and got set up, even got approved for a car that I wanted. All I had to do was show up, trade in my current car, and drive away.

So I get there and ask to speak to Sarah. Well, she was either busy or gone, so I got pawned off on some other salesperson. The first thing this guy does is say "why do you need a third row seat? you only have a wife and two little kids. You would fit quite nicely into a new Equinox". I have a few problems with this. First off, its none of their business why I want a third row seat. Maybe I want to move a few extra crates of washer fluid in the winter. Maybe we go on long family trips and need the extra room for stuff. Maybe its because I have a heavy trailer and a racecar that a smaller front wheel drive crossover wouldn't pull, or maybe its just not your concern why I wanted that third row.

So he leaves and doesn't say ANYTHING to me for 48 minutes. Yes. I timed it. Then, he comes back, grabs a bottle of water off his desk, says "sup" and walks away again. Really? After another 33 minutes he comes back ad says that they have a problem with my financing and that I will need to fork over an additional 3500 for a down payment. I was already planning on handing over 10%, but I was having a hard time fathoming handing over a total of 7,000 as a down payment. I see how far he was willing to take this line of bull, and it was pretty far. The finance manager eventually came over and said "the banks wont let you have the used durango that you wanted, but I can get you a really nice brand new Chevy Cruze. Well, I laugh at that, because it will do nothing that I want it to do.

They were trying really hard to push new cars. They saw a younger guy, 25, walk into the dealership and were going to try to take me for a ride. Nobody, not even one person, ever asked me if I had secured financing for myself (I had a backup plan, I always do) or If I was interested in keeping the car that I had in addition to buying the durango since there was negative equity on my trade in. They ended up losing a repeat customer because of high pressure sales,a prick salesman, lying through their teeth, and failing to secure vital information from their customers.

I wound up going and buying a new Durango from a dealership in the area, towing the HHR back to Michigan, and spending less money than I would have at Blossom Chevy.

If you are young and trying to buy a car, run away. Go to Ray Skillman or another major dealership.

Horrible service . They will take ur money with a big smile, but wait until u come back for service, they literally will not open the door for u. Stay away

I bought my car here last year and it was very smooth experience.  I went to a few dealerships and did not like the high pressure sales practices.  Fortunately the salesman at Blossom listened to what I wanted and didn't pressure me into 'looking at the financing' like so many other dealerships tried to do.  So, after thinking about the purchase and getting a very good offer, I bought my current vehicle and I couldn't be happier with the car or my time at the dealership.

Getting in and out of the service can be harrowing as it is basically one way in and the same way out.  I've had a couple of close calls with other cars either driving in to the service area or backing out of parking spaces.  It looks like they have an exit in the parking lot behind the service entrance, not sure why it isn't open?

All in all, the salesman and finance people were friendly and helpful and so far the service area employees have also been friendly and knowledgeable.
