The service department is horrible. I had an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Appointment was at 9:30am. I finally got called at 12:40pm that my car was done being serviced. It's almost worth going to a Jiffy Lube and paying due do the speed of getting your car back.

Do not buy a car or get serviced here. Bought a 2013 jeep patriot from these shady people. It has 27,000 miles on it. This car is a lemon. Car can't go over 100 miles without the transmission temp. light coming on. When it does the the car stalls out and we have to pull over for 20-30 mins to cool down. It does it every time we take a trip. Even from Indy to Chicago(did it twice). Did it 9 times on way to Florida. A car with this many miles should be able to drive around the world with no problems. When I took it to them to get it fixed they couldn't find any issues and said it was fine. Have taken it in twice. Also tried to charge me even though I have full warranty. Refused to pay. They did not care at all I spent 20,000$ on a lemon. This problem has still not been fixed.

I wanted to express my complete displeasure and dissatisfaction with this dealership. At first, I had a wonderful experience and was happy with my vehicle purchase. However, as the first month has gone on, I have NO loan information, NO payment information, NO title information, and NO new tags. As I am sure you are aware, driving a vehicle that is not registered is a crime in Indiana. In order obtain said registration; one must have information from the bank loan/dealer. THIS HAS STILL NOT COME IN OVER 30 DAYS. The sales and finance staff are aware of this issue and not only refuse to supply new tags, but have apparently caused the mess in the first place. As it has been explained to me, the staff lost documents needed by the loan company, failed to request anther copy from me, and have since failed to submit the appropriate documents to the loan company. In fact, this has only come to light as I have contacted both my sales person and the finance department MULTIPLE times questioning where my loan documents and title information are.  As the dealership explains it, it is now illegal for them to issue me new temporary tags. I am left to wonder, what am I supposed to do with a vehicle I CANNOT DRIVE LEGALLY?  I cannot recommend this dealer to friends and family or anyone for that matter. Run the other way and find a dealer who will actually work to fill their obligations.

Friendly and reasonably priced service.  It cost $22 to remove a bolt from my tire and patch it, and it was done quickly.  My only complaint (I guess not really a complaint, but a bit suspect) is they gave me my service review and it said I may need to consider having the tires replaced.  Except this is May and I just had them replaced FROM Bill Estes in November.  So either they gave me crap tires back then or they don't really need replacing now.  Checking into the tires and will update this review.

Do not buy a car from these people! We leased a new car about 60 days ago from Bill Estes. They took a very long time processing the paperwork to GM Finance. I called several times so see what was the issue. I never received a call back. I tried to make a payment over the phone but they said we were not in the system yet because Bill Estes has not submitted the proper paperwork. We could not make our first payment on time so now 60 days later I am slapped with a late fee and they said this will show up on my credit as 30 days late. I have also to this date not received my title paperwork. Now I will also have to pay a late fee at the BMV. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. These people are a joke! This will be the last car I buy from Bill Estes.

This review is only for the service department.    They have the lowest price in the area for a Mobil One full synthetic oil change so that is the primary reason I bring my 2011 Kia Sorento (purchased elsewhere) here.   They have a loyalty card where if you buy 6
Oil changes , you get your 7th free so that brings the average price down, too.

All the service reps I've dealt with are extre.ely friendly and helpful.    I've also gotten good deals on 2 new sets of tires here (they will price match anyone in the area).

The waiting area is pretty good and they have free wifi and coffee/soft drinks.

This dealership is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I brought my car in because it started leaking water inside. I just brought it to get that checked. Stacey said it would be 2 hours of diagnostics. I said ok and that was the end of it. 5 HOURS later she calls me and said it would be $595 to fix it and the electrical problems from the leak. I told her I couldn't afford it right now and would be coming to pick it up. I get there and just to get my car back with nothing fixed was gonna cost me $220!! Stacey failed to tell me that diagnostics would cost $104 an hour. An hour of it was to check the check engine light which I never asked them to do! The manager refused to refund me for the diagnostic cost of the check engine light. I hate Chevrolets. I always have the exact same problems with them and the service at their dealerships is terrible.

I bought 2 cars from them at the same time,never fixed the dents that were promised and lied about the extras i would recieve just to get me to sign the loan! then refused to call back i had to show up at thier shop several times to get my bmv paperwork only to be told they went ahead and paid my first car payment for me and demanded i pay them back or i would not get my paperwork. per general manager "Chuck Jones"
NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!

Witnessed a very poor example of customer service in the dealership today.  Couldn't recommend this dealer, since there are soo many other chevy dealers in town.
