Reviews on Andy Mohr Nissan

Our 2009 Nissan Cube was having transmission issues. Kevin and the service team discovered that it was covered under a Nissan replacement warranty. They did all the tests that Nissan required and got our transmission replaced for us at no cost! The process took 4 days, but Kevin kept us informed of the progress all the way. We also got a front brake job with turned rotors and new pads for $200. I could not be more pleased with Kevin and the Andy Mohr service team. They were great!

This is a review for the collision center

I brought my Nissan here for some repair work with an insurance claim.  The process was quick, and they handled everything with insurance so I didn't have to do a thing except show up and drop my car off.  I would say they definitely padded the insurance claim.  $1,200 to buff out a small dent seems insanely excessive. Staff was friendly.  I did run into a snag when I tried to call to get an estimate of when my car would be ready.  I tried to call about four times and each time was transferred to a different department and eventually got so frustrated I just stopped trying to find out and waited for them to call me.

The work was done in about three days and to my satisfaction.

Worst car buying experience!! I went there to buy a used car by searching in cargurus. I never know a car dealership being so careless towards their customers. The sales person and manager whom we spoke to have responded so reluctantly and bluntly. Also they made us wait for more than an hour without even updating the status now and then, while we were left to our fate in the lounge. Finally they handed us the car which looked very dirty outside and did not even care to respond when we asked for a car wash. They gave me a temp registration for a month and promised to send  new docs within three weeks from then. Now my temp registration had already expired and yet they don't care to send the docs in spite of calling them repeatedly. I hate their careless and irresponsible attitude towards customers. They suckkkk!!!

Fastest car buying experience ever.  I always dread going to buy cars because it is such a LONG process.  We were in and out in 30 minutes.

I just needed a tip or two about how to refinish my wiper blade arms and all they could suggest was to buy new wiper blade arms. Pathetic.

I bought my 2010 370z through these guys and I was surprised at how good the service was.  I was really expecting a hassle and the typical salesmen push I've experienced at a few other places.  Even the financial discussion where you go through all the warranty stuff was relatively painless.

I decided to keep my business with them and I get my oil changed there (unfortunately, my living situation means I can't do it myself).  The typical oil change for the 370z with the Nissan Ester oil is around $80, as per the Z forums.  The range I've paid each time is $50-$70 depending on what deals were going on at the time...when I upgraded to synthetic, the price stayed within this range as well.  The synthetic they use is Eneos, a Japanese brand, but they may have Mobile 1 as well...which is what I believe they put in the GT-R.  I'm happy with the Eneos, although I haven't tracked the car, which is where you'd see the difference.

I recently got my rear tires changed and I wanted to try the Michelin Pilot Super Sports over the Bridgestone Potenza RE050A, as they have a better treadwear rating...along with better reviews for wet/dry traction (I also considered the Bridgestone RE-11).  Fortunately, Andy Mohr Nissan had these in stock, along with a bunch of other tires.  The cost was about $20-$30 total more for the 2 rear tires (275/35/ZR19) vs tire rack...and I'd glady pay an extra $20-$30 to support a local business that I like.  The Michelin's were also a decent bit more than OEM, but with the grip/treadwear improvements, I had no problem with it.

I've been going to them for the past 2-2.5 years and have had positive experiences each time.  I recommend this place for both purchasing and servicing your car.

I brought my Nissan Xterra in here for some recall warranty work.

They were friendly, professional and attentive.....so far, so good!

Overall, dealerships can always be a little pricey, but if they do good work it is usually worth the extra cost.

Purchased a used truck from Andy Mohr in February and have had great experiences ever since.  The sales department was very helpful and we worked out a good deal.  The service department has been great the times I have brought it in for oil changes and even handled a recall on the vehicle very well.  If you are looking for a new or used car I would suggest you give the people their a chance to help you.
