They carry a great selection of foreign cars are a great price.  Alex was great to work with and freely gives you his cell phone number to call him if you have any issues.

I paid cash for a used car in March. In April, I had to have a pulley replaced. Then at the end of April, beginning of May, I had to have both heads and a timing belt replaced. Right after I got the car back (literally, the next day), I am having problems with the Harmonic Balancer. That's almost $2400 for just the repairs. I haven't even been able to drive it for a month of time all added together.
Please read this and think twice before you consider using this place. My experience has been a complete nightmare.

Just wanted to add to this:

I originally wrote this review on Yelp just to express my dissatisfaction (trust me, I had already complained to the salesman at AMS to completely deaf and unconcerned ears there).

After getting by on  pouring fluids in the car, turning on the furnace full blast (in this summer heat), forfeiting the seat behind my drivers seat to hold all of the auto store tools to get me by and never being able to drive longer distance, I finally have come to the decision to get a new car.  Because of my experience I had here, I plan to not go to any lots that only sell used cars. Hopefully I can have better luck at a dealership's used selection. I will never feel comfortable buying from one of these types of lots again.

Please be advised that this dealer is only after quick and easy sales...i.e you are paying cash, or have perfect credit and I am sorry, but if I had cash or perfect credit, I wouldn't go here anyay.

Our credit is not perfect, but it is OK, and this guy did not even try to see what he could do to help us. I filled-out an application for a loan on a Friday at 11:30 AM and he told me he would not hear back until Monday (I thought that was a little strange, but agreed, nonetheless). Anyway, Monday comes along and we finally have to call him for an update. He says he would know something by the end of the day otherwise it would be the next day, Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes and he does not call. I have given up by that point.

The reason I wrote this review is because Roger did not follow-up as promised and just basically acted like he didn't care about us because he lied to us continuously. You would think in this day and age with the economy the way it is, that dealers would be falling at our feet trying to get our sell, any way they can, but not this guy. Save your time and go somewhere else unless you are paying cash!

No more "shady car salesman" comments ...

We just bought a used car at AMS Cars and we were totally and absolutely thrilled with the service and selection available at their lot. I know, I know. It's hard to believe, isn't it? We were amazed ourselves. We weren't rushed into anything, we had all our questions answered quickly, and we were allowed to test drive the car and take it in to our own mechanic before we purchased! We can't say anything bad about this place.

If you're in the market for a used car, check out AMS. You won't be sorry. You'll find something in their incredible inventory. Good luck!
