Larry Bronson was extremely helpful in getting my car fixed in a timely manner.  He has worked on my mom's Jeep for years and I could not be more happy with the service.  Keep up the great work!

Excellent experience. I just purchased a new 2014 Chrysler 300S and my salesperson was Lorenzo Smith.  He was great and friendliest guy!!!

The service advisor Larry Bronson is great. Always answers my questions and if he doesn't know he finds out quickly.

This review is for the service department.  If my experience was at all indicative of how much attention they pay in their work and the quality of service when they mess up, stay far, far away.

I was interested in a used Chrysler 300, but the sales department here didn't have the options/color that I wanted so I looked elsewhere and found what appeared to be a solid candidate.  I then returned to this dealership to pay for a full inspection of the vehicle to ensure there were no major issues, and if there were to have them corrected by the seller before purchasing.

The dealership found some issues and I was able to work with the seller to correct those, but less than a week after I had purchased the car, the control arm failed, and my regular mechanic said that there was no way this was thoroughly inspected a week prior and the wear on the bushings missed.  The dealership had said nothing of a severely worn control arm.

I called the dealership and was promised (after four phone calls) that I would have the cost of my inspection refunded and receive a call from the service director to discuss further compensation for the departments mistake.  It took multiple weeks and another request for contact regarding the issue before the service director bothered to call me back, and then refused to offer anything above a refund of the cost of the inspection, claiming that I wouldn't be coming back there anyway. (Essentially, good riddance to you, Mr Customer) If I were his boss, I'd be asking why this wasn't used as an opportunity to create a long-term customer especially considering both our family vehicles are under the Chrysler umbrella and the third vehicle we are currently considering is as well.

So in short, because the service department can't be trusted to do it right the first time or make it right when they don't, Tom O'Brien won't be getting any service business from me for my Chrysler or Fiat and we certainly won't be buying the Dodge Journey we want next year from there.

We bought a Dodge Dart Limited and traded a Chrysler 200, to my suprise the trade was exactly what I had in mind and first offer was bulls eye. I had loan committement from my out of state bank and the dealership still let me take the car even though the paper work has yet to be done from my bank. Saved me a return trip next week which totally suprised me. These people made this deal a real pleasure for my wife and we Highly recommend Tom O'briens team and Kelley our sales lady. Personal attention to our needs made this a stress free experience.

Update: Was going to trade our other car for a minivan and boy did I get slammed on the trade offer. Sorry but Kelley didn't do us any good. Instead went to someone else got what I wanted for our trade and a much better vehicle.

This review is for the parts department.  I stopped in to check the price of a CHMSL for my car, and Chrysler's price was ridiculously high. Without even asking, the salesman wrote down the part numbers and told me where to buy it online for considerably less.

I have bought a few parts from this store before, and have always been treated fairly.

Great place. We bought our first new car there and have loved it ever since. Great warranty and service. It is nice when people remember your name!
