The owner Ray is not being truthful when he made the comment to my posting. He failed to mention that I had transmission work about 7 months prior to the sabotage to my truck, which I was told by the dealership in Florida that shouldn't had happened. Are you serious Ray to say a truck that cost that much money we should expect the transmission to gout 150,000 and my truck is maintained very well. You should know first hand since I have spent a lot of my hard earned money with your dealership.

Also the lugs were on my truck when the tires were rotated at time of service. If they hadn't been, I am sure they would of made it their business to tell my husband so they could incur an additional cost to replace them. The service guy forgot to put  them back on,, and that's the truth. I have nothing to gain from lying but I have lost a lot of money by dealing with this dealership. I have warned all not to do business with this dealership so pay at your own expense. I also thought they were the best and that's why I would come from the south suburbs and pas up many dealerships to do business with only them until they did what they did to me.

This is a follow up to my best car buying experience. I referred my friend and the next day she picked up her awesome new wheels. Although it was not a Buick she still received the same amazing top notch service. No rush or pressure sales techniques. Just great sales and service. Thanks Rick, Ray and Bob you're 2 and 0 in the happy camper arena!

I went here yesterday with my cousin George.  He's looking for a Buick Lacrosse and saw one advertised at $13k online.  We showed up and the place was dead.  It only took 3 minutes for a sales guy to approach us and start giving his lines to George.  They walked into a small office to talk and I walked outside.  Most of the cars they had in the used lot had over 75k miles on them and they wanted big bucks for them.  There was even a 2005 Buick Lesabre that had a really big rust bubble forming under the paint on the corner of the hood and they still wanted 11 grand for it!  I mean who would pay 11 grand for a car that's rusting like crazy?

After 15 minutes or so George came out again and told me that we were leaving.  The sales guy tried the old bait and switch by getting George to come down there to see a car that didn't exist.  The guy claimed he just sold it but tried to up-sell George into buying a more expensive one.

Overall a shitty experience, but hey at least the place was really clean.
