I am not a customer however, I was with a friend of mine who was. While we waited for her car to be serviced I cannot explain what a tacky experience we had. the employees are good, they are not the problem. the problem is with the owner . a black gentleman came in with his daughters car who apparently had the engine blown out because she didn't change the oil. The bald owner, when conversing with the front desk said "ni**ers don't change their oil" I was repulsed ,it hit me hard because my my children are half Jamaican but I am from Poland so I guess he thought it was okay to say this Infront of 2 white women. shortly after, another black person, this time a woman came in who had trouble with her obtaining referral monies owed to her  for referring her friends here. after she walked out, again the owner made a remark about blacks wanting handouts and freebies!!! Excuse me , this is a perk that YOU offer & the woman had friends purchase thousands of dollars of merchandise from YOU! She deserves it. i heard the "N" word from this man at least 5-6 times during a 3 hour wait for an oil change. Maybe he thought my friend and I didn't speak english, maybe he thought because we are white this is okay, maybe he is a cocky bald man who just does not care! Whatever the reason I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. if my children were present I would have sued this man for hate slurs. To top it off him and the finance lady are clearly having some relations and they don't mind showing there affection in her office which is in clear view to the customers. Soon after,his children were brought in by a nanny and him and the mistress played down their romance. this place is a disaster. How can you trust someone who acts this way. He is very sneaky and apparently unloyal so what do you think he will do to a customer? Do you think he has your best interest at heart!?his character, is what I am saying,will never bring me into this place ever again. if you are african american , or of any black nationality, do not give this man your business and as  white woman, I am sorry that people like this still exist!

I went to Norwood Park Dodge for an oil change when Matt the service guy Matt said 'Is there a trick to putting your key in?' Come to find out the ignition cylinder had broken in the 5 minutes between me giving them my car and him getting in it. It could have happened at anytime and i don't think he broke it so I agreed to just have it fixed and I would pay for it. He gave me an estimate of $630 with the $330 part. I went to the dealer and got the part myself for $170. I came back a week later to get my car and was surprised to see a $595 bill when it should have been $300. They never called me to let me know there were additional charges, the largest being a tow to the dealership to fix the car!!!! After arguing with the manager and the service guy who were both very nice and apologetic and admitting they didn't call to talk about the additional charges. I had to speak to the owner Mike who was an absolute arrogant prick. Some of his favorite quotes 'I'm not trying to retire off your extra $300 in charges' and 'You really can't tell when a lightbulb goes out.' He finally came down on the doubled estimate to $400 still a $100 over the initial estimate. Speaking off light bulbs, Now my gas gauge doesn't work properly and a light is out in my dash and they disassembled it.

Mike then went back into the office to argue with an 80 year old man about something that they weren't going to cover under thier extended warranty. Also, the day that I dropped off the part I witnessed another customer come in to pick up his truck that was complaining the bill was $800 more than quoted and they took an extra week to complete the work.

Matt the mechanic could not have been nicer or more helpful but I do think that the owners are crooks and make it common place to bill grossly over the estimate and threaten to not release your car if you don't pay. Do not trust these people.

This car dealership is one of the worst I've ever encountered! I can honestly say, its been a while since I've hear of customer service like this, especially lately when companies are trying their best to stay afloat. To make matters worst, it was the Owner himself who not only yelled, but also cursed inside his store. They broke their contract...they tried to ask for more money and legally sold a car that wasnt supposed to even be taken of the lot! Saldly enough, my friend had the exact same experience and she was referred by people in the area. I will have her write about it as well. To future car buyers, I work in sales. Please know, that you by law have 3 DAYS to cancel a contract. Dont get taken in by money hungry, ignorant, and bad business car dealerships like this one! They have no ethics! Most importantly, take your new or used car to a mechanic, ask for Blue Book Values and Car Facts...I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

I had been looking for a minivan for quite awhile, and stopped in there one night w/my dad - who is pretty good at checking cars out. I knew my price range, and I knew what I was looking for. I went in, and found something that fit the criteria. The only thing I didn't like was the additional things they slip onto the contract at the end. Like the extended warranty, which I probably would have took anyways, but would have been nice for someone to ask. As well as the gap insurance, which I took, but again - ask me or explain it to me before slapping it on there. Overall I'm happy w/the vehicle. It's super clean and covered bumper to bumper in the event I keep it until 70K. Ask for Ty if you stop in and tell him I sent you in!

This was my third experience buying / leasing a vehicle.   While not a novice, i was far from being an expert.  I was ready to "walk out" at the right moment.

So, i negotiated the best deal i could:
3 back and forth offers (each offer needing about one hour of management review).  I felt good about everything, and  even did the walk out once.  Finally agreed to terms, 4 hours after first entering the dealership.  Unfortunately, i was rushed (my fault) and did not review the lease contract.   they still stuck me was a $400 turn in fee, which had i been informed (which i wasn't, except for the actual document) i would not have agreed to.  

Chalk this up to my impatience, they got me for $400. that had i been smarter, i could have avoided.  

By the way, this place needs a serious interior decorating upgrade.
