It's been 2 years now since we bought our car at Napleton. I've been getting regular phone calls ever since from them wanting to buy our car back at way less than we owe. I tell them to stop calling and they continue.
I've never had to deal with anything like this from a car dealer. It's tacky, it's annoying and it's shady.
If you buy a car from them be prepared to be in constant contact.

If I could put a negative star I would. Horrible service on sales and service repair, half done job, unorganized, loaner cars never available on scheduled dates, sarcasm and bad customer service,...save ur time & money...PLEASE!

update: they've moved to the Ford dealership. The waiting room is kinda annoying--no remote, Maury Povich blaring at full volume on the TV (he was her baby's daddy! who knew!?!). Computer for client use is gone.

The receptionist is rude. I sent 3 email requests for appointments via their internet scheduler. Guess how many responses I got: zero.

Over priced and NOTHING I need done is covered under the warranty. (Yeah, I know that's just me being grumpy).

Excellent customer service. The service department was knowledgable and friendly. They offer free shuttle service to your next destination. They even picked me up from the brown line L stop. Diagnostic fee was only $56 and it is not included in the final price if you choose to have the work done. Great place to go if you have a Hyundai because that is all they service and they only use Hyundai parts.
