Horrible experience ever I definitely don't recommend anybody to come and get the car here they sell lemons and they're backstabbers you buy a car from them it comes with problems they sold me a really nice looking Explorer with engine problems... They side they would take care of the repairs but they don't ... Now I had to pay $738.doller out of pocket an now they don't want to register the truck under my truck under my name ..... And now the dealer is up for lease ....  Mid west auto sales are crooks

If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a used car from this shop over a month ago, within three days I called in and to inform them that I am not happy with the vehicle due to the amount of repair needed to be done and I wish to return it. Being that I purchased it "as is", there are a few things they said they would fix upon purchase, i.e. The check engine light. They had my car for a week, I came to pick it up and nothing was fixed, they took it back for another week, I came to pick it up.... Engine still not fixed. They kept it TWO weeks, within those two weeks they had told me to come pick it up... Both times upon reviewing my car I stated "the check engine light is still on and I will not take the car home again until the issue is resolved." I finally brought my car home, the next morning leaving for work guess who's car didn't start?!??!! Mine!!! Now, I do believe that the owner of this shop, moe, has the best intentions of the customer at heart but unfortunately he is never there and he leaves he's dealership to be run by the Bonnie and Clyde of used car salesman, aka Jess and Jimmy.  Moe that night gave me a loaner car and said I could take the car to my mechanic and he would cover the cost of the repairs. The very next day I get a call from Jimmy, who informs me "I don't know what you and Moe have discussed but you're dealing with me now and I will not be putting any money into your car, if you don't like it sell it" when I asked if I could speak with Moe they told me he was out of the office and refused to let him know of my calls. Jimmy then told me "if you don't leave work and return my loaner car to me immediately I will call the police for grand theft auto" which was ironic to me because as I looked over the term agreement I had to sign for the loaner car, I noticed I got swindled into signing a bill of sale!!!! How shady!!!!! That's right, jimmy had tried to scare me into returning a car that I had unknowingly purchased. So I returned his vehicle, with police assistance of my own. I am covering the cost of repairs myself and a $3,000 car at the end of the day has cost me $10,000. Beware of this establishment. If you do think you're getting a "deal" bring a certified mechanic with you to thoroughly check the car before you sign anything!!! Ps - it has been brought to my attention by someone who is very familiar with this business that the positive reviews you might read are by people who were given money off their cars to write for them.... And you wonder why BBB gives them an F rating

I saw a car online that I wanted to look at here.. They even offered to come and get me because I didn't have a ride up there. I spoke with Mike Banks,  No pressure, and all of the cars here are in mint condition.. I ended up buying the car from Mike.. He gave me a great deal on it. After I got the car home, I realized there was a small problem.. The car was supposed to have something in it that it did not. The next day I called Mike and then spoke to the owner Moe. Moe went above and beyond to take care of the problem and have the part installed at no extra cost to me..

Oh well its sad that now I have to change my review. I've waited to hear from one of them to install this part.  I even told him I have a disability and I need this for driving. I thought for sure he would have followed through on it, but that is not the case. I really wanted to like this place.. pretty crappy thing to do to me.
