Got double charged for gas - once outside (the pump selector for Regular Unleaded was not working) and again inside.  Called 3 times before anyone answered the phone.  They told me there was nothing they could do and that I should come back after 24 hours with a bank statement.  Not helpful at all!

i went in the gas station store to purchase 2 items - both had price tags ($3.55 and $2.29). the cashier said $7.80, i looked confused/shocked/in disbelief, but reached for the visa instead of cash, i asked for another check, he got snappy & insisted that the total was $7.80.  he said that tax on a $3.55 item was $0.45 cents. then i told him that i would need an itemized receipt, still in disbelief with the total.  at that time, he recalculated & gave the correct total with tax of $6.50.

i have been going here for 3 years - never again. he tried to scam me, not once, twice, but 3 times in a row after repeatedly asking for a re-count, because i knew the total could not be right.

go to the shell across the street! do not go to the citgo!

This recently renovated and torn down filling station has resurrected into a ultra up to date gas oasis, complete with a well stocked convenient store and Dunkin' donuts all under one roof....Yes, this is the winning location of a $2.7 million lotto prize!

However, just because you're the biggest on the block, doesn't necessarily make you the best either.

Aside from their gas prices being higher than some gasoline stations further east, where one would expect to pay more......Some of the people that work here are under the assumption they do not have to be friendly to customers... We're just a number!   You need us, we have it all!

The main thing that irritates me when I'm at a check out counter is when the attendant is talking on his cell phone while conducting business.  In this case, through his ear piece, so you really don't know if he's addressing you or not.  This person is annoyed when you interrupt his private conversation because that seems to be of a more urgent nature than taking care of me...a paying customer!  Attitude like this I don't need.  These are not business related calls, he's calling Islamabad and chatting with Grandma, I think!

So, I stopped going here unless...unless.... I really want a Dunkin' Donut and a hot coffee!

Try the dated looking Shell across the street, a much nicer crew!
