Come to find out a couple of years later that they did an old dealer trick that we weren't aware of, saying my credit wasn't up to snuff (even though it was) and the best they could do was a really ridiculous interest rate.  10% was the lowest they said, which at the time did seem crazy high to me.  They lied and we got hugely taken.  It wasn't the original sales guy who set me up with the rate either; I think it was the owner when I came back to sign for everything.

In general we had a really good purchasing experience here with the sales guy, but just do your research before you hit up a place like this.

I found this place because on cars.com . When I called them they were friendly over the phone and were willing to answer my questions. The one gentleman I spoke with read the carfax over the phone. I figured it was worth taking a look at the car.  If you've never been out that way, a heads up that almost the entire length of Cicero is "auto alley."  There are car dealerships everywhere. We found this place and parking is on the street. Negative: it's a small dealership so there's a very small office, and the car selection is small, which didn't really matter since I went to see a specific car. Positive: It took us much longer to get out there than expected and so we got there about 20 min. before closing but they had no problem letting us test drive the car. Downside: the two men working there didn't seem to know much about the car, or why the engine light was on.  I didn't have high expectations going out there and I left with no plans to go back for the car. If you have a lot of time and money and want to fix up a car, this is probably a good place to go.
