I bought a new car here the other night from Jan (yan), and I have to say the experience was not what I expected.  Jan did not push me toward something I didn't want or need.  In fact I was lead toward a cheaper car which I bought.  I got what I wanted for my trade,  and the car I wanted.  By the way I bought the 2015 Forte, and I am very happy.  Go see Jan and tell him Brian Y from the 04/22 silver Forte sale sent you.

Just traded my 2014 Sorento for 2015 Sorento with Dina @ Evergreen Kia. Yet another flawless, painless and smooth transaction at a fair price, without all the hoopla we have come to expect when we enter a new car showroom! These folks really get it! Thanks Dina and Evergreen Kia-you rock!

The people who work in the service department are consistently rude and agitated by customers. We bought 2009 Kia Sedona minivan and had to take it in there six times now to get the sliding door fixed. You think this service department would be apologetic and try to make the customer happy, but all they kept saying is we will take a look at it. Maybe if they fixed it right the first time they wouldn't have to put up with us anymore, because it is very obvious that they do not enjoy dealing with customers. We will be getting a Toyota next time. It is sad that the dealership loses money because of poor service department.

I recently purchased a 2013 Kia Optima. I went to the dealership on a Saturday; however, the color of vehicle I wanted was not in stock. I was told they would have a black color vehicle for me the following Monday. Sure enough, their word was honored. The financing department did not honor the ARP rate. I learned via credit monitoring that my application had been sent to multiple agencies for financing. I immediately contacted the manager and explain my concerns. I was advised to come in the following morning to see the finance manager because the dealership was suppose to honor my 1.9% financing. The finance manager was reluctant at first but I told him if he did not honor the agreement, I would be turning the vehicle in and purchasing a new vehicle at Grossinger Kia instead. I had learned that my vehicle was being finance by BMO at 3.9%. To make a long story short, Evergreen Kia did honor my 1.9% financing with life time oil changes and tire rotations for the life of the vehicle.

It's sad that I have to update a negative review with yet another one, however, I am just appalled at the customer service at this dealership. Called to inquire about a part# and price that I needed for my truck. PETER in parts was very condescending and impatient. I heard him mumble something to his coworker while I was on the phone which sounded A LOT like "this [effing] broad." He didn't seem willing to want to assist me at all. He found the part number and rambled it off so fast. When I asked him to repeat it, he was noticeably irritated. I just shake my head at this dealership and will only call them with inquiries. Never will they receive a dime of my money!

Possibly the worst dealership this side of the Atlantic AND the Pacific!

However, what really got me is when I went here to get my oil change. I get a free oil change for as long as I have the car. My headlight had been out for a while. I bought the replacement bulb, but for some reason, Kia's are finicky little things and no one was able to put the replacement bulb in. So, I asked the Kia folks to do it since I already had the bulb, and I'm sure they would be able to. He said sure.

Then, they proceed to tell me it will cost me $25! OH YEAH, to replace a bulb that I had already purchased. I politely told them nevermind and had it done at a local midas!

If it wasn't for the free oil changes, I would never go back. I got my car in 2009 and have yet to pay for an oil change!

Horrible dealer! Warning do not go here! Bought my soul 2 years ago and there has been nothing but problems. Having to spend numerous hours in their disgusting service dept to leave with the problem of my vehicle worse or a part needing to be ordered. They do not offer loaner cars even when it's a manufacturer issue. They offer their clients nothing for having to wait not even a cup of joe!! Very rude staff and just a filthy environment.

If you want a car dealership where they completely ignore what you want and try to sell you something entirely different, you have come to the right place.  Was looking for a specific model, trim level, and certain options, well they at least showed me the correct model.

Then they pull the classic sales gimmicks, how much do want to pay each month, take a long walk and make you just sit there, let me talk to my manager, and then bringing the manager out to meet me and sweeten the deal.  Never once did we discuss what a wanted to buy.  This is common, I have been to the dealership in Orland Park and the same stunts were performed for me, but never trying to sell me the correct car.

We bought a 2011 Kia Sportage from Evergreen Kia and ended up with a great deal on a terrific car. They have a clean, easily assessable dealership with some really nice salespeople and management.  We were particularly impressed with the sales manager, John Jager, who handled our problems in a professional manner.  He has compassion for his customers and wants to please them so they come back again to buy another car.  He has the Big Picture in mind and understands that customers are people, not merely numbers on a monthly sales report. Of course, this is the sign of an outstanding manager.  I highly recommend Evergreen Kia based upon our experience with John Jager and we are very happy with our dealings with him. I would recommend Evergreen Kia solely based upon Mr. Jager's performance.

First- Please do not ever buy a car from this dealership. They will find a way to scam you out of your money.

I wish there was a way to give no stars to this place.

My husband purchased a car from this dealership in February. He worked with salesman Nick and had spoken to him several times before making the purchase of the car. At the time my husband was driving a car whose lease was not up until November. Nick assured my husband that he would call the lease company and take care of the lease, so we could purchase the Kia. My husband decided to buy the Kia- he turned over the leased vehicle and the dealership said they would take care of it. At the end of April the lease company calls my husband to ask where his March payment is, he says the vehicle has been turned over to Kia and that they took care of the lease. After several phone calls we find out that Kia did not do what they were supposed to and now we are responsible for the rest of the payments on the leased vehicle and the new Kia. Plus the leased vehicle has been stored at a tow place and we had to pay $2600 to get the car back.

We have spoken to the Kia dealership several times. Nick (the salesperson) first told my husband that Kia was supposed to take care of the lease and storage fees. Now Nick won't talk to us, he says we have to speak to the sales manager. The manager claims that they were never supposed to take the car. When we asked why did they take it and transfer they license plates over, the manager has no answer. The manager proceeded to tell us that the lease company is trying to scam us. That we should not pay the remaining payments at let them take the car as a repossession. When we said that was ridiculous because it would ruin our credit, the manager blatantly lied saying that it won't count against our credit.
We are currently pursuing legal action but until then we are stuck with 2 car payments. Please do not consider purchasing a car at this dealership. I have read recent reviews on other sites that say this dealership has done the same thing to them.
