Just recently brought a car from here. I mean, I couldn't believe how they treat their customers. Customer service was on point. Ben was my sales guy, and he really helped us out alot, gave us a lot of options to choose from due to I had bad credit. They really helped us out alot. I would definitely recommend this place to come to buy a car if your looking. Ask for Ben he is awesome...

This place should be called "junk rental" the car I rented was not only old and full of scratches, but the brakes squeeked, tires were bald, a d windshield wipers crappy.  I am in shock that when I called to explain my concern they did nothing except call me a liar! Never will I ever use this place and I  am in shock my American express had this company on their list! The people who are obviously not in charge and working the counter are supper nice, but the manager "Panda" yes as in PANDA bear....could careless if you have safety concerns! I should have known it when I walked in to pickup the car and there was a guy on the counter complaining about his junk rental as well!

Horrible place to buy a car. All the cars on the lot are not brand new and most have engine problems. The owner Calvin was a complete joke, and really rude to my boyfriend and I.  We ended up not buying a car cause we were completely disgusted with this place. The owner was yelling at his employees in front of us, what kind management is that? So unprofessional.  I will never recommend that anyone buys a car here. Go to a real dealership.  I would give it "0 stars" if Yelp would let me.

Ben at A-1 offered me an unbelievable, military-friendly deal on a used 2007 Mazda 6. Although I didn't buy it (my co-worker offered me his spare vehicle for next to nothing), Ben was absolutely honest, forthcoming, and fair with me. He knows every vehicle on the lot, and if there's something he can't recall on the spot, he will run inside and get you every detail. I cannot speak positively or negatively of any other representative in the bullpen, but Ben earned my utmost confidence. I will push every person I know looking for a used vehicle to A-1's web listings, if not for a visit in person. If you're looking for a genuine, knowledgeable, and professional salesperson, call and ask for Ben.

unbelievable!!!   me and my bf went in search of a vehicle  and found one we were interested in here.  i thank the salesman that helped us ...he was very polite and courteous. we made a small down payment on the $8000 car, which i later found out had a kbb value of only $4000.!!!!!     but this is where it gets worse folks...about three days into driving the car it began acting up....,,driving at a maximum speed of only 10 mph.  luckily my neighbor is a mechanic so he was able to evaluate the problem.  in order to fix the car the part alone would cost $1200.  omg!!    we immediately called the owner of the dealership ..,he said to bring the car back to have his mechanic look at it .  obviously it would have to be towed which he first said was our responsibility to arrange and pay for?   no way!!!  so after disagreeing for a couple minutes we let him know that we would be calling the better business bureau.  so he then agreed to pay for the tow and have his mechanic look at it and call us.   this was a month ago.   not even a phone call back  with an explanation or apology for the mishap to this day.    in a funny way im glad it crapped out when it  did because if it happened a month or two later things would have been worse off.    i understand what it means when u purchase a car "as is " .  we just didnt expect it to break when we didnt even have it for a week or even made a first payment on it.   some  words of advice....,,,ask for a car fax on the vehicle u are interested in, check the kbb price and take along a person with car knowledge with you if u can.  in conclusion, its really sad when a business has a junk  product and bad business ethics and poor customer service.   they could be that much more successful if they properly evaluated all these factors.

We are military and they were unwilling to help us out because we were under 25. Usually car companies are understandable and work with you but not this place! In addition they are REALLY overpriced! ... Use a known place off you are looking for a car to rent.

This was my 2nd purchase from Roger at A1 Auto Hawaii. Once again Roger provided excellent customer service and a five star experience. Roger takes the time to understand your needs and continues to follow-up long after the purchase has been made to make sure you are completely satisifed. Thank you for the great experience.

Biggest scammers. Don't let then talk their "sign up w/ this payment for now and our bank will take over and reduce" BS. Go to Honda Windward they're very honest. Or servco auto waipahu, they gave my friend and my cousin good deals even with no credit line.
