Rudy made buying a truck so easy and stress free. He was honest and very personable. He returned our phone calls promptly and answered all our questions. If you had a "Rudy" in every department you would destroy your competition. When we left the dealership we DIDN'T feel like we had been taken advantage of. We had a great experience. We will return to purchase another vehicle from Rudy. We will also be recommending our family and friends to give Rudy a call when they are ready to buy.

When I first got there my service was terrible. I had spoken to Matt in the service department and he treated me poorly. I talked to Heather at 8 in the morning to make sure that it would be ok to have my car towed there. She said yes and I called AAA to tow my car in. I called back at 10 to make sure that they got it and I was assured again by Heather that I was in and she got my name and phone number to give to the service department. After a couple of hours I hadn't heard anything, so I decided to go in. I was greeted by Stephen in the service area. He was super friendly and after I told him what happened he set me up with Matt. Matt was rude from the beginning. He asked me who I spoke with and after explaining what I had explained to Stephen, he looks at me and says "well, it will be way over two hours before we can do anything, actually we should not probably take it in because we are too busy". I told him that I had called at 8am and who I talked to and what they told me. I even showed him my phone log list with the 5 times I had called in before actually going to the dealership. In a nutshell, he was flat out rude. I told him that it was not my fault that this happened and he told me that it was not theirs either. I got really upset at this point and told him that I wanted to take my car elsewhere. I also asked to speak to the service manager. I went into the manager's office and waited for about ten minutes. He never came in so I called the Jeep dealership in Newnan Ga and asked about getting my jeep towed down to get it taken care of. As I leave the office, Stephen looks at me and noticed that I am still here and I explain that Matt was rude. I tell him that I am getting it towed to Newnan and he said wait a minute, we can help. So he takes me to Brandy and from that point, it was a totally different experience. I explained to her the same thing I explained to Matt. She took care of me. I was in because I dropped my key and it opened up. I damaged the key and needed a new one. She set it up and when I explained that I didn't have a way the next day to pick it up she even offered a shuttle to come and get me. Brandy also let me speak to the service manager. I don't remember his name but do remember he told my sister he was from South Africa. Right before he got to me he was talking to Matt, and I am assuming that Matt is explaining his side of the story. So when he gets to me he is prepped. When I explain everything, he is taking it in. When I finish, he explains that tow trucks have the tendency to drop off a car and not give the owner information to the service people. I told him I tried to avoid that situation by calling in to get my information in so that they would know that it was there. By talking to four different people I got very seamless phone service but when I got there it was a different story. He apologized but was not really empathetic to my situation.  The next day Sharman came to pick up me and my mom. He was very polite and friendly. He got us to the dealership and we were on our way. If it had not been for these 3 amazing people, this would have been a nightmare experience. Thank you for great service people that can turn something very negative into a great experience. Cudos to Stephen, Brandy and Sharman. However, this seems like a relatively easy disconnect that could easily be fixed with a little more communication between departments that are only a walk away from each other.

Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep gets a one-star, only because a zero star rating is not possible.

From the very beginning of my experience with this dealership, the service department and parts department has been nothing short of incompetent. I needed a trailer hitch for my brand new Jeep, which I found online through the Mopar website. I provided my VIN to the first person on the phone, who put me on several holds. He then told me I needed to drive down to the dealership just to order the part. When I got there, I was told that no such part exists. I gave the employee the part number and my VIN, and he assured me it didn't exist.

While I was in the Parts department, it seemed like inter-office joking took precedence over actually helping me. I was ignored for about 10 minutes until I forced myself into the conversation.

I called the next day and after several holds, eventually spoke to someone who confirmed that the part does exist. I've already wasted some hours of my time and don't think I will be wasting anymore with this dealership. The only problem is the secretary at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep (dialed (770) 968-4900) redirected me to some Missouri-based dealership.

Apparently everyone has some sort of issue with providing real help.

My salesman, Michael Winfree, is honest and thorough. He always tries to go beyond the extra mile to make sure that I have a positive sales experience. That's why I continue to give Landmark repeat business.

Staff was very friendly, dealership gave me above market value for my trade, and they worked out a very good deal on my new car.

Great service. Friendly. Knowledgeable! I just bought my second car from them and I won't buy from any one else in Georgia.

Dealership has no customer service.  They told me that a car was interested in needed to be purchased right away as the price was going up!,  not sure about anyone else, but never heard this at a dealership before.  No follow-up, just pressure to buy at their price with no room for negotiation.  Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

My family and I are in need of a mini van and decided to visit this dealership today. They had a huge selection of vehicles and a beautiful showroom. Unfortunately we received NO customer service, when we entered the showroom two young ladies were at the front desk talking amongst themselves and as we walked through the rows of cars two salesman passed us without a second thought. As we were living through the showroom two other salesman looked us right in the face and still said nothing. Again this is just our personal experience and there were a lot of other people maybe they were spread then I don't know but I would liked to have been acknowledged, it's just the little things.

I came here after my car decided it was ready to die. I was in the middle of/ coming out of a serious financial storm after moving from another state & changing jobs. I tried 2 other dealerships. One literally made me cry after trying to give me an 08 Saturn & telling me my situation was hopeless. I saw a commercial on T.V. and decided to check them out. I completed an online application. David, the salesman, contacted me immediately. I told him my long, dire situation & he simply said, "i got you". I went in the next day. We walked outside and I was sure we were heading to the used cars. I was surprised when he by-passed them all and began showing me new cars in my price range. He then walked towards the small SUV's. I fell in love with a 2014 Jeep Compass. I test drove it and I wanted it. He told me he was going to work out a deal for me. After about 20 minutes he came back with an offer that wasn't so good for me. I expressed my need and he said give me a moment. 20 minutes later he returned with the biggest smile and told me, "I told you, I got you". I broke into tears. After all I had been through finally someone was willing to go the extra mile to help me. I'm telling you, this guy truly cared about me as not just a customer but as a person. He never made me feel pressured and he was genuinely interested in helping me. I am so grateful. When I'm done with this car I will be back to graduate to a Wrangler!

The Landmark dealership in Morrow is great! I purchased my 2012 Dodge Challenger there in February of 2012, and since then I have been back to their Service department for 2 oil changes and to get a replacement on a recalled part. Every experience has been a pleasant one. My initial car purchase was my first time purchasing a car and it was not as scary as TV shows make it seem. I did my research, went in there a USAA guaranteed low price and the rest was smooth sailing. I even was able to trade-in my OLD Dodge Neon, which to be honest I thought was worth less than $0. It was definitely on it's last leg.The service department is equally as pleasant. They are quick and have a nice clean waiting room with WiFi available to help you pass the time. Thank you Landmark!

This Jeep dealership is disappointing in customer service. I had a coupon for a free oil change, actually ten free oil changes thru Chrysler. They took my coupon one time and when I came back for my next oil change I was informed that because they had to wait 6 weeks for their reimbursement they were not going to take my coupon again. They are very short sighted in their thinking. The last vehicle I had I drove till it had 170,000 miles on it. That is 28 oil changes, not even to mention, new brakes, new tires, new struts, new spark plugs, a new battery, the tow package I was going to have them put on and whatever else would go wrong with my vehicle. I would have been a loyal customer for the life of my vehicle but instead, because of poor customer service I will take my business elsewhere to a place that will take care of me and my vehicle for the next 155,000!!!

They are ok. I did give them a hard time but they are cool people.

Sales department is very nice, but the Service department is a big room with dirty nasty carpet and strange short furniture. Not a pleasent wait!

Previously, I had heard all these stories of bad experiences at dealerships, but this dealer is reputable and very clean. They have new and used cars. You wont feel like you are being scammed or getting a lemon! So far, I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer- no problems yet:)
Both times I worked with Richard Charlton. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I also sent my friends to him who were able to get approvals over the phone then go in. Contact# is 404-974-5263.
I think our only complaint was staying at the dealer longer than expected.
