My Husband and I came here to buy a vehicle, instead we got tossed around between the different employees, top dogs were super insulting and just plain rude! Cannot believe this dealership is still running! My Husband and I left feeling completely insulted! We told them when we first came in that we had a set budget, the cars salesman said that was fine and everything was a go, went back to sign papers after being there for hours and hours, and the lady said did they tell you what the payments are going to be? We told her no that they never really discussed that with us, which is weird because that is usually done before going to sign the final paperwork. She said the payments were going to be $170.00 more than the top dollar amount that we could spend. They actually laughed at us, in front of our faces, which is completely uncalled for! Needless to say, we walked out of there super angry and upset After spending about 3-4 hours there! Oh and also, I went to the ladies room to use the bathroom, handicap stall had things floating in the water (who knows what it was) and then the other stall had sticky urine all over the seat! Who wants to sit down on that!? I am pregnant and had to hold my bladder because their bathrooms weren't clean enough to use! Oh and a lit candle on the bathroom counter? Isn't that a fire hazard? They must have put the candle in their to cover up the nasty smell from the 500 day old urine! My Husband used the men's room and said it smelled horrible. No candle lit in there! Needless to say, because of this experience this dealership will NEVER get any of our business and we will advise everyone we know to stay FAR AWAY!

My husband and I were going through a bankruptcy, and needed 2 new cars. We were given a quote by Dione over the phone and told to come in that day. We did and they stuck by everything that they had told us right down to the down payment. The only minor glitch was that the payment went up by a few dollars per month, but it was literally a few dollars. We purchased a brand new 2014 Kia Soul and when the bankruptcy closed we went back and they worked with us again. On last night we purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Orrette. So far we couldn't be happier and would recommend them to everyone in need of a great car with great service!

Buyer beware, Kia does not honor warranty. Has given me 3 excuses why they do not have to honor a warranty, Now I have to pursue things through the legal system at my own expense. Very upsetting and very costly. I would never recommend buying a Kia.

I have had only excellent experiences since purchasing my car here two years ago! Excellent Servicing center! My car had a defect within months of purchase and they handled it very quickly, and limited the inconvenience! They never push more services on me, and actually...when I asked at my most recent oil change if I needed other services, Eddie did not take advantage if my naivety and told me that it would be better to wait and do the complete 30k package next time as it's pricing is more efficient for getting it all done at once. Great people, always great customer service whether service or sales!!

These guys sold me a stolen car! And then when I had to come down to the dealership to return it, they offered me a much worse car to replace it. Don't ever deal with them -- they are actual crooks.
