One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I called about a specific Fiat they had on the lot and got a price quote via TrueCar. Drove down from North Fulton and test drove the car. When we came back and satisfied, we spent a whooping 5 minutes talking money and the deal was done. I will definitely use these guys in the future when I am shopping for a car

This was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I called 2 days ago to inquire about a luxury used vehicle they had on the lot. Since they are considerably far from me, living in North Fulton, I was hesitant about making the drive down.

But I found myself somewhat near the area with some free time, I called the desk to let them know I was 30 minutes away and wanted to take it for a test drive. When I arrived, the salesperson seemed shocked and said that he was told I wouldn't be there for another hour. He took me out back to look at the car, and it was in ok shape. But priced fairly. He said that the technicians wanted to change the oil and it would take 15-20 minutes.

An hour later, I still hadn't test drove the car, nobody offered me water or coffee. They just had me meander around the showroom for over an hour. When finally the tech said he was done with the car, we get in to test drive it, and the brakes were horrid. I couldn't safely apply the brakes going a mere 15mph.

Needless to say, I left without purchasing a vehicle much to my disappointment and will have to continue the car buying process elsewhere.

Saw a BMW they had on the lot online and called them. Sales person Dimitrius spoke to me and told me to come by and see it. Went there the next day and they let me take it home for the price I wanted to pay. In n out of that dealership in less than an hour. Great customer service. Very chill environment. They even through in a free oil change before I left. The GM was very laid back too. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Oh and the car is fantastic. Thanks guys. :)

I feel like they are trying to not give me my free navigation system which it said in the car description you get a free... If you buy the car. I was told that an email has to be sent to the Union City office because they never had the systems there. I will write an update. Three stars because the salesman, Bernie is a good guy.  But I still want my GPS. I will also post a screenshot of the description.

I had 3 stars but had to change it to 1 because James at Fiat of South Atlanta said that he was not going to give me the GPS at the price I paid for the car and since the online description said if I buy the car I get a free GPS, I can give the car back (a screenshot of the description is posted in tips).
