I purchase my first Mercedes Benz last week at this beautiful dealership, my sales associate Carol Davis was so awesome I had to leave a review, she was very personable, professional and helpful, she diligently followed up whenever necessary and answered all my questions, at no point did I feel rushed or pressured, she help me get the best deal possible and did everything in her power to ensure my car buying experience was smooth and enjoyable.  Even though I did have a bad experience in the finance department, Thanks to Carol and Sales Director Dominic Ford great customer service and professionalism my overall experience became a Happy one...I highly recommend Carol Davis for your next Mercedes Benz purchase, I most certainly will not hesitate to pick up the phone and call Carol for my next Mercedes Benz purchase...Thanks Carol!

I absolutely loved my experience here! I bought a 2012 Mercedes C-350 about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I've bought many cars before... And I always dread going in and talking to the salesperson. However the person I dealt with at this dealership was not at all pushy, but very informative and friendly. It was definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had. The only complaint was that the little cafe inside the dealership was closed down, and I was really looking forward to a coffee and a little snack. I was there around 3pm so it was a little strange that it was closed. Seriously though- If you're in Atlanta and looking to buy a Mercedes... Definitely go to this location.

I ,technically,  haven't even visited this location yet, but they have won my business.  I was experiencing a few issues with my smart car and was needing to have it looked at.  Everett told me they did not have any avaliable openings for the day,  but referred me to another smart center off of Winword Pkwy (even closer to me). I received a call from Everett later that afternoon asking if everything was going ok and if I had gotten my problems with my smart resolved.  I told him they said that my purge valve was causing the error code that prompted my engine light to come on and they attributed it to the drastically low temperatures we've been having.  He told me of an opening he had and said that he could take a look at it to make sure the valve was functioning ok.  He stressed that he would not replace it if it didn't need replacing.  I went ahead and made the appointment.  I received a call the night before my appointment from Everett letting me know that they would not be receiving their parts order containing the part I might need until later in the week. He said that he didn't want me to have to drive down there and possibly need this part that they wouldn't have.  I can't tell you how much his care and honesty meant to me.  It's so refreshing to find someone like Everett.  You can honestly tell he cares about his customers.  It might be a bit out of my way, but I know exactly where I will be taking my Smart for all her repairs!

Almost 2 years ago today I walked into Mercedes Benz and bought a car.
Over those 2 years I have been in a couple of times for Service, a few details, and numerous car washes.  Each time I had a pleasant experience, and the times I did have a problem someone made them right.
My service advisor was so good that they promoted him to the finance department.  I think that is saying something about how an employee excels so much in one area that they give him a job in an unrelated field.
Last week on a whim I went in and bought another Mercedes and my experience buying this one was just as good.
Mercedes Benz of Buckhead is such a top notch dealership I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I love Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead. I recently leased a used 2014 C class with an amazingly low monthly payment. My salesman, Malcolm Mackey, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely go to him when buying a new Mercedes!

After having the car for a few months, I had a small problem with the speaker. I made an appointment and took it to the dealership. Without any hassle (I was in and out in thirty minutes), they ordered the part and Malcolm put me in a beautiful new 2015 courtesy vehicle while they fixed the speaker.

Beautiful dealership, great location, and friendly staff. 5 stars!!

I love the service department! Most efficient service dealership. I moved to south Florida and have been to two dealerships down here and they both are increasingly slow and had my car in the shop for far longer than necessary! Wish I were still in Atlanta so I could still get my car repaired here!

Needed some warranty work while I was in town.  My roof was rattling all over the place and I figured that was the issue.  Sure enough, they called me and told me screws were rattling in the roof and they tightened up everything.  The whole process was great, but the loaner they gave me was pretty dirty inside and out.  The place is, also, probably the most beautiful MB dealership in Atlanta.

I love Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead. They've always been very good to me and my SmartCar. Everette Mann is the person to speak with concerning all your smartcar needs. Whenever they have been out of a part or a tune up/ repair has taken longer than normal to complete they have kept me informed and up to date. The service has always been excellent and everyone very professional and friendly.

I made an online appointment. Website not very user friendly. It forced me to get an oil change when I needed a bulb, and vehicle inspection. I called and my new advisor Hee Soo Hong said no problem, come on in.  He noticed a scratched knob on steering wheel, fixed bulb, etc.  Great attention to detail. He quickly found me while waiting on car, discussed maintenance due, and I was on my way.

Worst customer service I could have ever experienced, especially as a new Mercedes Benz owner. I scheduled an online appointment, and upon arrival at my scheduled time, no record was found. No apology was made for the inconvenience, and my car was refused to be serviced. They didn't even offer me a loaner vehicle. Such a disappointment!

In the market for a new car since I have been driving this Chevy for 10 years. Did some internet searching for a Mercedes and based on those searches had emails from the 4 main dealers here in ATL. I sent back emails with the 2014 model I wanted and the options. Most didn't respond which was sort of strange. MB of BuckHead sent me a response and assigned a coordinator to me (Ashley Booker) who communicated with me and arranged my appointment. The front desk was very nice offering water, coffee and use of their onsite Cafe while I waited. My sales rep Jon Paul was knowledgable about the line and took me into their 4 story garage to see some color options for my exterior and interior since the colors I was choosing were new to the 2014 and none were in the dealer. We got some good options and then when looking for the car based on my specs. None were available in the US or were already committed to another buyer. Jon didn't push me into another color at all he showed me what was out there when I said Nope, we moved on and decided to just build one. He did advise me of the timeframe to get one built and shipped from Germany, but I didn't care since I was driving my car for 10 years anyway, what's a few months. All when very smooth and professional, no problems on pricing since I used the Costco Auto program which is no haggle. All went great and await my new arrival.

Five-star service is the best way to describe the experience at MB of Buckhead. I purchased my first Mercedes from Will Gardner and he handled us with excellent care. Mercedes Benz of Buckhead provides the absolute best car buying experience, hands down. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable, and do not engage in any pressuring car dealer tactics. Despite outside appearances, the dealership has a vast selection of cars to choose from, all housed inside a four-story garage. Additionally, the dealership has a fleet of over 100 loaner vehicles for your convenience.

Michael Hirth, one of the sales people, has been wonderful throughout our car buying experience. He helped us to make decisions on both of our Mercedes purchases, even though one wasn't made at his dealership. He was a pleasure to work with.

Se Kim, one of the head mechanics, is also a wonderful resource. He and his team offer unparalleled service in the most convenient and clean service center you've ever seen.

I just wanted to give you a heads up about one of your Service Advisors, Chris Hansen.   I brought my low mileage E500 Sport to Chris yesterday morning because I am having issues with my transmission. Of course the bays were busy but Chris assigned a technician to ride with me less than ten minutes of my arrival to see what was happening (I was also very impressed with the technician but unfortunately I do not remember his name-I think it was Rafael).  Anyway, I have an aftermarket warranty and Chris has worked very hard to get me everything that is covered by the warranty and has received approval for the work to be done in less than two days.  I came in yesterday afternoon when my ride picked me up and Chris took the time to explain everything to me in detail.  He is very knowledgeable about the product and your company.  All it takes is one person to make an impression and he has made a lasting one on me.  I have 800 agents, of course they all do not drive a Mercedes but I will make sure those that do know to bring theirs to your facility.  I will also be posting my satisfaction with Mercedes of Buckhead and my extended warranty carrier on Facebook and Yelp.  Not everyone takes the time to show their appreciation when they receive outstanding service.  I wanted to make a point of it this time.

This is ABSOLUTELY the best car dealership that I have ever experienced. I've owned cars for 40 years and this is the best dealership ever.

The service is absolutely top-notch. The waiting room and included snack bar is five star. My service rep makes it a joy just to visit the dealer.

I have a Smart car but it's all one dealership. I also have a Jeep and Lexus and my wife has two Chryslers and I prefer this dealership to ANY of the other dealerships. I bought a new S Mercedes from another dealer years ago but was never really fond of the dealership. They've since gone out of business.  It was good but not outstanding.

I can't say enough good things about MB of Buckhead.

This place is great.  They are fast, efficient and always have a loaner so I don't have to wait for my repairs/maintenance.  The staff is friendly and I get free coffee!  They have always been fair and honest with me and followed up on any issues promptly.  I appreciate a good and honest mechanic and that is what I have found here.

I just bought a 2010 Mercedez C class from another dealer (not Mercedes).  After a couple of days I had an error and kept getting indication a tire was low pressure.  I have never owned a MB so was nervous but wanted to keep warranty in tact.  I called this dealer and they said bring it in.  I was met by the nicest people.  They found a service advisor, offered coffee, told me about what to expect, informed me about several service calls that the MB posted and told me they would take care of, I was told to wait in their cafe/lounge.  There was wireless and free coffee and food for purchase.  Within an hour they fixed the problem with tire no charge, fixed items that MB put out as a service call, cleaned and vacuumed my car (even folded the sun visor and left for me), and told me about what to expect at my next service visit.  

As a new owner I was relieved and was treated very well.  They have earned a customer for life.  I am not a Doctor or Lawyer.  I have a good job but this car was a big purchase.  To be treated so well by the dealer and given such a warm welcome meant tons.  I am glad I took this to them and got to know my service people of choice!

The worst experience buying car. I drove 860 ml for the car we putted deposit on and when we arrived to  dealership the sales person said the car is sold.

I had a pretty darn tootin' experience here. My starter needed replacing. The price tag came to $600. I don't doubt it could be done cheaper but I doubt the service could have been better. I had the car towed in and received an immediate phone call from a service...concierge-type person as soon as it arrived. He had it diagnosed by morning and the part ordered came in that afternoon. Unfortunately this was a friday so they kept the car until Monday. I likely could have requested a loaner but didn't bother. The car was ready early Monday morning and I did use the courtesy shuttle service. Note: I think that's a 10 mile radius limit. Double-check. The car was cleaner than I gave it to them (so ashamed!) and it's running great.

Looking for a new car can be a daunting experience! Natasha was a great salesperson she was very attentive to my needs, took her time and made me feel comfortable. The manager was a bit aggressive which turned me off, I have a few months before I need to make a decision.

I have a love hate relationship with this dealership. I purchased a car, was a simple process, told to go to the cafe and have lunch on us while we wait. Don't worry, they billed me for it.

Car is beautiful, had no intention to buy but it worked out well. It was a pre owned C350, and stellar. In black which was okay, compared to the charcoal I was looking for.

They have a new slogan or Chief someone that is charge of customer service, don't expect a call back, to your returning his call, 5 times and zero call back.

The service department is good, the performance guy, Kevin is really cool. He can have your car updated and do good things to make your car kick a$$ more. My sales guy, I think is not there. Anything you buy, before you do anything, go to the service department and ask lots of questions... IE "does this car integrate with the iPhone address book". You will be surprised what sales will say versus reality, that was my biggest disappointment. With my satellite cutting out, the backwards navigation system (sort by name shows you ALL of them, not closest, by there address, try searching for a kroger, good luck). The satellite issue, I was told that its normal for Mercedes... at that point I asked "did I make a mistake buying this car". I could go on for a bit about my 3 weeks of ownership.

After ordering an updated NAV dvd, they ordered the wrong one twice. I commend them for offering the remote starter for free, though they didn't mention that it was not the advertised one. Very basic, versus iPhone app, etc. Was told that would be another $700....

Kevin D over the sales department has been phenomenal, he has gone above and beyond to make my interactions when I come back in easy and stressfree. I can send an email or call and get in same day, and they do take better care of me. They are trying to improve service, return the rental, it knows who had it, puts you on the list for pickup.

Word of caution or wisdom, they claim that RBM pays their employees to write reviews online and that MBOB has better ratings without doing such. RBM felt so bad for my DVD experience they offered me the DVD for free, I didn't accept but that was way beyond. Though they are franchise, Mercedes corporate takes it very serious if you call, they will tell you it doesn't matter. Don't expect a survey from Mercedes unless you can "guarantee to write a good review, I'll put your email in".

Roadside Assistance in Atlanta is divided up, my home is MBOB my work is RBM. RBM is awesome and professional. I had a weak battery, MBOB came out at 6:30 am (2 hours after calling in) and gave me a jump. Told me to call again if dead. I knew something was dead, why was it dead, no lights on. Of course it was dead only 3 hours later. RBM, rocked for the jumpstart.

Credit to Kevin - He got me in quickly, they did agree it was the battery, fixed a parking lamp and got it back to me in 2 days. They wanted to make sure there wasn't another power draw.

The remote starter is awesome btw, it makes cooling or heating up the car easy, even if just a10 seconds before you sit down. Used the same factory key, just the panic button depressed quickly.

Great customer service. Excellent Staff. I've been patronizing Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead for a few years and haven't had a bad experience. The Benz-Cafe is a great place to have a latte while waiting for a quick service. They also offer free wifi in the waiting area which is convenient.

Bumping this up to 5 stars, based on my latest experience.

I had to take my car in for what could have been some pretty serious repairs. I took my car camping off road (not a great idea, turns out), and the adjustable air suspension bottomed out, with warning lights making the dash look like a Christmas tree. Had to drive home from North Carolina in limp home/lowrider mode.

Needless to say I was sweating bullets waiting to hear the diagnosis, as my searches on the various Benz forums for this issue revealed dealer repairs in the thousands of dollars, many around $3,500.

The problem was quickly diagnosed. Total charges were less than $500. They could have ripped me off, and I wouldn't have known any better. It makes me feel very good that this place has never ripped me off or even suggested unnecessary repairs. They do inspect the car and let you know what other items need attention, but there is no pressure at all to get those done at the current visit. Also, the car always comes back clean as a whistle, with a kickass free wash.

Everybody is extremely polite and professional, from the receptionist, to the porter, to the cashier, and of course the service advisor. Se Kim is still my advisor, and I highly recommend him if you go.

No matter how painful the final service bill has been, I have never been dissatisfied after leaving here. I cannot say that for any other dealer or service shop I have ever worked with, including all Atlanta Jaguar, BMW, and Infiniti dealers.
