These People are true scumbags! The General manager is the worst! They lie, cheat, and treat customers like dirt! They sold me a vehicle that the didn't title for 5 MONTHS, I still to this day have not received a Licence Plate, they have treated me like I was nothing! They lied to the lender, treated the lenders poorly, they have honestly made my last 5 months a living hell! I honestly do not think you could find a worse dealership! RUN! DON'T BUY FROM HERE, YOU WOULD MUCH PREFER TO WALK!!!!!

Very POOR service after the sale.  Got a good deal on a 2014 Dodge Ram Promaster cargo van, but the service afterwards was terrible.
After 30-40 days had gone by, the finance department contacted me and said the sales contract would have to be voided due to their mistake.  They wanted me to finance it through my  credit union and I did not want to spend any more time going through a long loan process.  We did manage another sales contract.  The problem didn't end there.  They never sent the Title work to SCDMV until approximately 2 months later, causing the temporary dealer tag to expire.  The lady in their title office was rude, short, unhelpful and needs some customer service training. With today's unemployment rate, you'd think they could hire better people?  Now I find myself operating my service van with expired tags.  the DMV said it could be a couple more weeks to process.  Demand better of their service should you choose to purchase from this dealer.  Help the next customer. Feel free to contact me for further review.  Bill 803-643-5625.

I did not end up making a purchase here ...my husband said noooo Fiat ... I experienced a fast approval... the BEST service from Victor...and when he let the GM take a turn .. I think his name is Jeff .. he was not intrusive ...bossy nor annoying which was a breath of air! Very nice people..cutest cars and competitive prices!!

Thanks for working out a deal for my 2013 500T!  My second car from this dealership! Very courteous and professional.  If you are thinking about a car with the best combination of style, price, and fun...this dealership is a must visit.

Big thanks to Tom and Brady!

For a long time, I dreaded purchasing a car from a dealership because of the HORRIBLE ones I've had to deal with in the past while shopping for cars with my family & boyfriend. It's annoying when you go shopping for a car and end up getting frustrated because of how you're treated. I'm not sure how some salesmen/finance managers expect to make sales by being rude to their customers but to each his own I guess. Surprisingly, there are still too many of those rude/condescending ones out there. This was not the case at Landmark Fiat of Atlanta. Throughout the whole process, I felt pretty at ease, not pressured or being treated with disrespect. Sergiy & Brady at this dealership were so great & helpful (thank you, both!). I briefly met the service manager as well and he seemed really nice. Overall, I'm very happy with the service & everyone I encountered. I really hope that everyone gets the same car buying experience as I did and I highly recommend this dealership.

Today we bought the 2nd Fiat from Landmark Fiat in the past 4 months (500 Pop & 500L Lounge). Both times, the experience was excellent. They listened well to what we wanted in a car and how we wanted to be handled in the sales process. My wife and I would highly recommend Brady, Jeff, and the Landmark Fiat team to anyone.  Additionally, we got to experience the service department last week by having our first servicing of the 500 Pop we bought 4 months ago and found the service department to be equally as welcoming and professional.  Well done guys!

I absolutely LOVE my Fiat 500 Sport.  It is great on gas, is so cute, and always turns heads.

The problem is the dealership.  My car is under a 3 year warranty, but basically this only covers oil changes.  When I had a problem with a hole in my tire, they told me I would have to spend hundreds of dollars on a new tire, and that patching it would be impossible.  I went to Kauffman tire, and they patched said unusable tire. For free.  That was about a year ago, and I have had no problems with the tire.  Recently, my right light stopped working.  I thought it would be a simple replacement, but my boyfriend informed me that since it is the low-beam light AND the high-beam light, it could be an electrical issue.  When I called the Fiat Service desk, the guy I spoke with was extremely rude, made me feel like an idiot, and told me it wasn't included in my warranty, and that I could come in and have it replaced, but it would cost $65.  He got an attitude with me when I told him my high-beam was also not working.  So, I will definitely be going elsewhere for anything besides oil changes.  So. Rude.  Not all southerners have that great hospitality!
