Loved the cars, the manager was the deal breaker & lost a sale from us that he could've closed in 30 minutes.  Big big mistake!!!  No customer service.

I was in a terrible car accident and I've been looking for a car for almost two months. I came here to test drive a car (which most of theirs are nice & well kept) the sales guy was very nice. We even stopped at QT with my mom and my stepdad and we got food while the guy had gotten some gas in the car. I loved the car and was even willing to finance because it was a little more than my initial budget. We got back to close the deal on the car and we came in to eat our food. The manager or owner guy was very VERY RUDE and didn't even speak to us when we came in to his office. We spoke a mere three times before he showed some interest. Then he goes out side and talks to our sales guy and that makes us feel uncomfortable because he's not the one with the money buying a car!! So very rude of him to come back in and instead of making the situation better he makes it worse by getting an attitude with us because we asked him if we were being a nusance to him. He tells us were not supposed to eat in his office and that he had limited amount of seating then saying we got a attitude with him. This was not true because he treated us as if we were invading his home or something so we left. The sales guy already had to run in and out to get prices for each car we inquired about and we never saw him until we got back from the test drive because he was on the phone. It was a very inconvenient and Uncomfortable Experience for such a nice dealership with nice cars and car salesmen. I don't even think we would've Been able to negotiable anything. To be honest I think the manager told him to put the car back before we could talk about anything as if he purposely knew we would leave. And he did. SMH! DON'T GO HERE unless you want to give your money to people who don't give a crap about their customers!!!

As a 45-year-old business owner, I've probably visited just about every new & used car lot in & around metro Atlanta.  I love cars but, like many of you, I absolutely have the high pressure sales tactics and outright lies I often am greeted with.  Some of the best discoveries are entirely by accident..though some would argue that there are no accidents in life.  I was on my way to another dealership to purchase a car I had viewed earlier but got stuck in traffic.  We literally didn't move for 30 minutes...not an inch.  While waiting I started surfing Autotrader online and found a Sequoia that had not shown up earlier in my online searches.  I've been looking for just the right vehicle for several months.  This one was parked at Image Imports which just happened to be a few minutes drive from where we were at the time.  They are actually at 4398 Buford Highway in Norcross right next to the pull-apart location.

We pulled on the lot....me in a HandyANDY truck, in work clothes covered with paint, drywall dust and whatever else I got into that day.  Jino, the owner, great us warmly, gave us the keys to check out the car and left us ALONE.  No high pressure, no jabber on whether I was financing or paying cash or want bi-weekly payments.  The difference is that Jino is an atypical car dealer.....he used to be a doctor.  He treats each client as if he just made a new friend.  It's a very refreshing approach.  I gave him my license to make a copy and he let us take the Sequoia for a drive. We returned and Jino pointed out some of the minor scratches on the car. I told him I'd be back the next day to purchase.....which most would take as a dead deal or ask for a deposit. Jino did neither...I just wanted the time to get the money together and check Jino out a bit.

We returned the next day to get the car and that's the first time Jino asked how we wanted to pay for it.  We squared that away and I drove the car home.  Jino gets many of his cars at auction but takes his mechanics with him.  They thoroughly inspect every car that they have interest in BEFORE buying.  All of his cars are clean and he has a nice selection of types and pricing.  If you are looking for something specific, he can find it at the auctions for you.  Image Imports has pricing on all vehicles that are pretty much a wholesale...in fact, many other dealers buy from Gino...to make-up the vehicles.  He has a variety of financing options and can also do a nice buy-pay with bi-weekly payments with about $3k to $4k down.  I met one of his bi-weekly paying clients while I was waiting for Jino to return and she RAVED about him and the company as well.  She said she often struggled to make the payments but was always treated well by Image Imports.

It's hard enough to buy a car.....with Jino, I'd send my girlfriend or Mom here to purchase ALONE without a moments hesitation.  Not only did I get a great Sequoia for at least $2k less than I would have paid elsewhere for it....I made a new friend.  I car dealer you can trust?  Never thought I would find one of those....but I sure did with Jino at Image Imports.  If you find yourself in the market for a new to you car.....do yourself & your wallet a favor....give Jino a call and deal with an owner & a dealer you can trust to get a great deal!
