Went to buy a new SRX prepared to order one if there wasn't one with the options I wanted. They tried to hard sell a SRX that was close to what I wanted, but substantially more in cost.  After hours of "back and forth" and being treated extremely rudely by staff member, Wayne Baucom more than once, I walked out. The experience was so bad I am currently looking at Lincolns even though I am entitled to GM Employee Discount and have mostly purchased Cadillacs over the years. I would have written the dealership owner, Mike Domenicone, but found out someone else wrote him after a bad experience and never got a response. Spare yourself and go somewhere where they treat you as the valuable customer you are - after all, you're about to hand them a HUGE sum of money.

Bought a used Escalade here awhile back and was definitely pleased. It seemed to take an extra long time to 'do the deal' and actually drive off with the car. Overall we were very pleased and love the vehicle.

I came here purely based on proximity to my house to replace a key for my car. Little did I know I would receive probably the best customer service I've ever experienced.

I was met by a service consultant, Adam Otey, who immediately was able to take care of my issue, but not only did he fix my key problem, he offered to replace filters, change my oil, and rotate my tires since he found my maintenance warranty was still applicable. When I bought the car "as is" from another dealership I had no idea what was available to me. Adam also gave me a copy of the warranty, replaced a battery in the extra key himself and showed me multiple features on my car to help keep track of routine maintenance. As if this wasn't enough, Classic Cadillac hand washed my car and slipped a $5 Starbucks card inside saying "thanks for using Classic Cadillac". Well Adam and Classic Cadillac, thank you for not falling into the stereotypical car dealership category. No other dealership will suffice.

I did not get a good first impression of this dealer.  I'll put it this way, I do not want to argue with salespeople.  If I am interested in making a purchase, I do not expect someone to tell me the price I am viewing on their website is actually a higher price. Talk about bait and switch!  Some people need customer SERVICE training.

This review is not about their Cadillac business, but about my experience of buying a pre-owned car from them.

The reception and conversation were pleasant. I purchased the pre-owned car in May 2014.

I looked at the car, which had some body scratches and worn out seats. Took it for a test drive and observed a couple of issues (dealer's/mechanic's responses inline within braces).
 - 1 Loud noise from front tires and shocks (due to rotated tires, driving a few miles will fix it)
 - 2 Cranky noise when I take slow sharp turns (not sure, but is no big deal as everything works)

Three months later, I learnt that issue #1 is major due to faulty tires and shocks. Moreover, it was resulting in further tire and wheel wears and engine stress. I had to fix the shocks, change tires and get the alignment done.

I guess I was ignorant too, but I can only assume one of the following (both of these not characteristics of a good dealership) - (1) they didn't know about cars or (2) they lied.

I am now worried that issue #2 might surface as a major problem sometime soon.

I must say that this dealership is one of a kind. I loved how they renovate the place and it's looking very nice. I came to the dealership last Friday and I have to say that Scott Shepherd is the best salesman that I've ever dealt with. I've bought several new cars, and helped few of my friends as well, so I've dealt with many new car salesman in the past. But I have to say that my experience dealing with Scott is extraordinary. He was not pushy, and he explained all the features of the ATS very well. During the whole test drive, he was very friendly and very casual while professional. For now I am not in the market of a new car, but I definitely consider Cadillac as one of my options now due to my satisfied experience.

Went in looking in to trade in our BMW ( what a huge disappointment that car was on all levels) for a new CTS. We drove several options and even the ATS.  Picked one out and ran the numbers. Worked out a trade and came to a deal. Put our money down and waited to take delivery. When we got home the wife began getting nervous because it was...too easy! She hates dealing with car salesmen and thought there had to be something wrong because buying a car had never gone so smoothly.
We love our new Caddy, and we love how Pete and the whole dealership treated us.

SERVICE DEPT REVIEW ONLY: (Randy Mock is excellent in the sales dept)
about two weeks ago, the air in one of my tires on my 2011 SRX was low.  it just so happened that I was due for an oil change, so I let the service guy know about my tire and asked them to take a look at it and repair it.  

about an hour (or more) later, the service guy came back and said unfortunately (and conveniently for sales) my tire could NOT be repaired as the nail was in the side wall of the tire (no the tread where it could be repaired).  so HE SAID I needed a new tire.

well, since I had just a month or two prior bought four new tires at my FAVORITE tire place for yrs and yrs, DEKALB TIRE (which I LOVE!), I decided that I would give them a call to see if I was covered under the road hazard insurance which I thought I had purchased (and I will never fail to purchase in the future).  the kind Dekalb Tire guy said to come in and he would take care of me, offering me a tire at half price even though I hadn't purchased the insurance! (I had already had another tire repaired at no charge before-so nice they are:)

DEKALB TIRE (MY FAVORITE:) took my care and in like 30-40 minutes, the guy came up to me and said I DID NOT NEED ANOTHER TIRE!! yes,  Classic CADILLAC had LIED to me.  DeKalb Tire said that the nail WAS in the tread and they had repaired it and I could GO HOME!! NO CHARGE again at DeKalb Tire!!.

Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to Classic Cadillac SVC DEPT!

THE SALES DEPT. on the other hand is great.  I HIGHLY recommend RANDY MOCK, who has been there for years through TWO of our Cadillac purchases.  I would prefer not to buy from anyone but RANDY:).

steer clear of their service dept tho.  especially perhaps if you are female and would just trust their word.

Went to Classic Cadiallac for service. Customer area is decent, with wifi and refreshments. In my particular case, my car was finished and sitting in the bay. It wasn't until I confronted the customer service person that they were able to get me finished up. A minor irritation, but service was OK.

Brought in my 2014 SRX for a tire issue and was more than pleased w every aspect of my experience. From arrival to completion. Chad Cutler and Johnny Folds ROCK!! I can't express how dissatisfied I am with this dealership! I have had nothing but terrible experiences here at Classic Cadillac from the start! Very unprofessional staff as well as the communication lacks as well! The service is usually hit or miss here but for the most part they have some pretty rude employees, if it weren't for the select few people I wouldn't have even returned! I regret buying my car here so much! This past Saturday I came in for an oil change and was serviced by David who squeezed me in because the previous employee had booked me for an appointment time that I know I didn't request. David was an excellent employee so not putting him in the mix of all the events but after my car was serviced on Saturday once I got home I noticed that the car was leaking oil.. Odd right? Well on Monday when I arrived to work I came out for my lunch break only to find that my car was now leaking oil like crazy! I called the dealership to explain what was going on but at this point me driving my car would have been creating more problems than what have already occurred! I spoke again with David who explained to me that this was completely unacceptable for whoever was the one to perform the oil change for me. I am at a complete loss for words because the seriousness of this situation has been overlooked and I haven't been contacted. I have made a phone call to the service manager John whom I will explain how terrible the service experience was this past Saturday. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYBODY! Third strike! 1st started with their lying salesman RAY who no longer works there (Thank GOD) to a situation that happen when i needed to use the Tire Insurance that they sell you when you first buy your car, to now this oil change that wasn't done correctly! It's clear that this place has a history for a series of events that unfortunately I didn't know until AFTER i purchased my car.

The people here are amazingly sweet, kind and fun. I pulled up for an oil change, tossed my keys to Billy and said I'd be back in an hour. Came back to jamming oldies in the service area, spoke to a few gentlemen and was on my way. Billy always remember me and welcomes me back. So polite and genuine! Great team! Hopefully my next Cadillac will be from them. .

A great dealership with top level service. I purchased from Daniel Walsh who is an incredibly laid back salesman. The whole experience was so efficient and comfortable that I've already sent Daniel a referral (and promptly received a referral fee from the dealership) :-)

I was wary coming here out of the three Cadillac dealerships available in the Atlanta area due to mediocre reviews on Google.  And since my husband is already a shop foreman, this was my first time after a decade getting my car serviced by someone else.

I must say, I was delightfully surprised. I called ahead of time to make an appointment. Everyone on the phone was very courteous and prompt. When I arrived, I was made sure I was taken care of immediately. Billy in service was very polite, down to the point and very efficient. The customer waiting area is very comfortable and clean. While I was waiting in the service drive for my loaner vehicle to pull up, even a technician passing by asked if I needed any help.

Everyone is all smiles here, no snobby attitudes, responsive and quick with quality work done to my CTS-V.  THANK YOU!

Jamin and Randy were my primary points of contact and both were great throughout the whole process. Jamin took me on a test drive and afterwards I hashed out numbers with Randy before returning the next day to sign paperwork with Jamin. I had pretty much decided that I was going to lease the car before the test drive, but both salesmen were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions and I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle or agree to anything I was not interested in. I'm loving my ATS and I look forward to continued business with Classic Cadillac!

I needed an oil change, they go it done in 2 hours. When they called me to tell me they were coming to pick me up, I told them I had a conference call in 30 minutes. When I got to the dealer, they had the paperwork in my car and it was running for me to hop in and zip off!

I had reception issues with my FM radio when I bought my 2012 SRX. I took it into service here many times and the issue wasn't able to be resolved. But Brian Long, Sam Logan and my sales guy Pete Petree as well as GM Corporate helped me tremendously. Now the issue is resolved, thanks to their help. I am very satisfied with the outcome and greatly appreciative to the people I mentioned above because they worked hard on a resolution for this issue. Thank you so much for your help and for doing the right thing! You guys are awesome!

My service advisor, Janet was excellent but I question the integrity of the mechanics. They did a great job with my mechanical issues but failed in my request to have my front bumper reattached after I ran over tire debris on I-75 to avoid an accident.  When my car was delivered after it was serviced, I observed the bumper still unattached but was charged $26.67 for repair.  Janet investigated the issue and was told they had performed service on the bumper but it was not able to stay secure. If they knew that, why did they continue to charge? Determined to satisfy me, Janet accompanied me to the body shop for further assistance.  I was quoted a ridiculous price for a replacement front bumper! Still determined, Janet made contact with a different mechanic in the shop.  In less than 5 minutes and without tools, the mechanic pushed my bumper into place! Janet refunded the $26.67 and I was able to leave as a satisfied customer.  The bumper is still attached to this day! To me, Janet saved the day for Classic of Atlanta.
