I have been doing business here for several years, and these folks are great to deal with. The service department is run like a machine (ok, what do you expect, they are selling and servicing German cars) - I haven't had them miss the mark on an estimate or a time frame. I've bought 2 cars here and will probably buy a third. When we picked our car up after a recent repair, it was cleaner than when we took it in.

I took my GTi in last week for an injector problem. Dealership researched this and let me know there was an extended warranty for this issue. I stayed in their Quiet Lounge and worked using free wifi until the car was ready. Car was washed and brought to me. Good overall experience.

Cannot say enough bad things about this place. Sent email to find out if they would match another dealers price, and was told they would while dealing with Ron. After 2 or 3 emails with him, I got to deal with Clarence who also called me. I told them I would try to come in on Saturday. I got a call on Saturday asking why I had missed my appointment. I told them I had not made an appointment, and my husband had a migraine so we could not come in that day but would try Monday. On Monday I received another call from Alex asking why I had missed the appointment. I told them I had not made one, I had just said I was going to try to come in. I asked to have all the figures out the way 1st so I would know exactly what I would be putting down and what costs were involved. I never did get an answer to that. I went back to the dealer that had advertised the original price (Mall of GA Autonation), and within an hour I had a call back, and by day end I had the figures worked out and an email confirmation sent. I decided to give Nalley 1 more chance and sent them an email with the offer I had received on Wednesday telling them I was purchasing a car on Saturday. I received an email on Friday saying that they had no idea how the dealership was arriving at the number they gave me and they must be lying. Seriously, why would I want to deal with a dealership like this. Went and bought a car elsewhere and did it all in 2 days.

I was looking into leasing a 2014 Jetta and had been in contact with a few dealerships in the Atlanta area. When I went to visit Nalley Volkswagen to further discuss pricing and take a look at the car -  I was sold on both the car and the stellar customer service.

I received a quote that was a little lower from another dealership but stuck with Nalley because of the customer service I received.

A shout out to Clarence and Wes for making me feel right at home!

I bought a used vehicle at Nalley VW. They have a good selection of quality used vehicles to choose from and the most courteous and low pressure sales force we came across in our search for the perfect vehicle. On our first visit , we weren't able to find exactly what we were looking for in our budget but Joe Martinez spent the time with us to answer all our questions and, the most important part, he approached me before my husband. I'm usually looked over at most car lots and that ends the deal typically for us especially before they know who is shopping for a car. John Engquist helped us on our second visit after finding a car on their lot through Cars.com . He was patient and knowledgeable and very friendly and patient with my children. Jack Rosen went out of his way to make our deal happen along with Wes in Finance and we are more than happy with our purchase and experience at Nalley VW. We will be back! THANK YOU!

the salesperson Brent Miller was great.  I made two visits to the dealer.  the first was to learn about the Jetta and Passat and get price ranges.  The second was to get a value for a trade-in and buy a car.  After more than 2 hours on the second visit, I still did not have a value for our trade-in.  The explanation was as follows: they didn't know the specific vehicle I was interested in and could not "run the numbers".  I have two degrees from GT and can do math in my head pretty well and don't need someone to "run the numbers" for me.  In the two hours plus I was there, I gave them the key to my car first thing, looked at a few cars, sat and waited, went on a test drive, sat and waited, drank a free bottle of water,  then sat and waited, was asked for the sticker for the car that I was driving and potentially trading in, sat and waited, was asked for the payoff on my car and then sat and waited.  After 2 plus hours, without my keys being returned, I went and asked for my keys so I could leave.  I was asked if I wanted to see the numbers, said no that I was leaving, they had 2 plus hours to "run the numbers".  The manager's response to me was that he didn't know what car I was interested in and didn't know my payoff so couldn't give me a value for my trade-in.  I don't know what either of those had to do with telling me how much my car was worth.  I can go to KBB.com to get a value and they don't ask either of those questions.  Bottom line, the salesperson was great, but not in charge of my experience with the dealership.  It was close to four hours of my life that I cannot get back.  the first visit I met the general manager, Richard Kim and found him to be trustworthy and business-minded.  I wonder if he really knows what his sales managers are doing.  There has to be better volkswagen dealers in Atlanta......stay tuned for updates

Volkswagon TDI wagon a nightmare of a car.  Nalley Volkswagen provided terrible service including making my wife cry in the service center.  Avoid this dealership and it's overpriced, faulty cars at all costs.

I have taken my 2006 VW Passat for every service here, well I did purchase her there too. Aaron has been my go-to guy in the service department, & he has always treated me like family! Through everytime, he always keeps me apprised of the time & what's going on with the car. It's all reasonable and done well!!

We took our 2009 Tiguan in for service a few weeks ago due to a national recall that caused the car to stall because of the winter gas mixture. They did the work in an hour and we were off assured that it was fixed. A month later the same thing happened. The car stalled and the EPC light came on (the recall described this situation exactly), so I called them to schedule another appointment to look at our Tiguan. The next morning I received a phone call letting me know that it was something else that was causing the problem (throttle wiring harness needed to be replaced) and that they also noticed a coolant hose was leaking and needed to be replaced. All this was going to cost me around $1400.00.

After some thought, I let them know I was just going to pick the car up to get a second opinion. When we arrived to pick up the car, we found we were going to be charged a  $115 diagnostic fee. As we were not informed of this before we arrived, we were furious. They waived the fee.

When the other mechanic diagnosed the problem, he estimated that parts and labor to fix the wiring harness would cost around $250. As for the leaking coolant, he let me know that the coolant tank was full and there were no signs of anyone investigating any coolant hoses and no visible leaks. I walked away with a repaired Tiguan for $265.

After all of this transpired, I called Nalley VW service management to let them know. All they could offer was an apology and wanted to inform me they try to stay competitive with their prices. Can't make this up!

We have two VWs. One of which we purchased from Nalley VW. We will not be returning.

I got a 2014 Jetta last December and just went in for the 10,000 mile service.  They were finished in about an hour as promised and even fixed the fuel tank door which has been an issue that I was unaware of until then.  The staff was friendly and courteous and overall the experience was pleasant.

Had a pleasant car shopping experience with my 2014 Touareg R-Line SUV purchased on 10/18.  Wil and Clarence were very helpful and good to work with.  Answered all my questions and provided a lot of details to help me make the right decision.  The finance guy, you did well too sorry I can't remember your name right now.  Result = One happy customer.  The whole process from test drive to purchase took a long time but I think that's pretty much expected considering car being a major purchase next to buying a home.

Had my car serviced at 7:15 p.m. Monday night.  Something called "Dream Service" which is late night maintenance.  Was in and out with an oil change, tire rotation and balance in under 45 minutes.  Price was extremely competitive.  I highly reccommend.this store and "Dream Service".

My husband and I stopped into  Nalley about a month ago to look at a new Volkswagen beetle. We  loved the car!  Unfortunately, the process of leasing this car has been nothing short of a pain in the neck.  From the 5 hour wait at the dealership just to sign the the lease papers to the multiple calls and emails it took just to get the license plate squared away.  Finally the day the temporary cardboard plate expired, it took several  impassioned calls to the designated person who just transferred our old plate....why she took no action till then I'll never know.

When faced with unhappy customers, the three basic steps of customer service and resolution include apologize, acknowledge and act.  The only thing the Nalley staff seemed equipped to do was apologize.  Even the sales manager could only apologize. No one knew what to, everyone just made excuses for why it took so long.

The follow up hasn't been any better.  We will not be back for any warranty work and we will never buy (or lease) from this dealership again.

We bought my husbands Passat TDI a couple weeks ago on a Sunday.  I believe our sales woman was Kathy, but I dont recall.  Either way, she was very nice, very helpful, not pushy, and when we asked a question she didnt know, she went and found out.

They honored our USAA price.

Worst car buying experience ever, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They had us sit at the dealership for 4 hours with a toddler and 8 year old in tow, we didn't even leave with a car. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to emails or phone calls! Go to Stone Mountain VW for great service and a great experience. I wish I could rate Nalley negative stars!! The salesman had no sense of urgency and would take forever to do ANYTHING!!!

I had a simple customer care issue with the phone person in the service department, that escalated to no one caring for weeks, then escalating to the GM not understanding the issue and no replying e-mails with questions, then to a disctric manager from Asbury not caring and only making the "Phone call" to make the customer shut up.  I am still waiting over a week for the district Manager Casey Coffee to answer a question, I think because I did not purchase my car here I do not deserve service of any kind.
VW Corporate is the only one that cares and felt awful on how this dealer works, they supported me with the idea to go to Jim Ellis instead of Nalley.
If they can not deal with a small problem, I wonder how they  behave with a real issue.
Mr. Kim write nicely, but take no action on issues and drops the ball and that is how this dealer works from the head down, try it yourself...
And yes I do not want to hear from this dealer ever.

I received another temp license on Friday the 8th so I can drive my car legally. I have been told that I will be provided with an extra key, but I must drive back to the dealership for some kind of electronic programming. Apparently there is no such thing as a key, everything is electronic, and battery operated. I'd just like an extra key to start the car and lock the doors. I will make an appointment to drive back to Georgia to get this done, I guess.

Nalley made my purchase of a new VW delightful. Our salesperson Kathy was wonderful to work with and at no point did I feel I was being "sold".

My car purchase took months because we had to wait for the new model year, this was handled without issue by Nalley and we got our car two weeks ago.

Price was awesome, service was awesome. Best car purchase experience I have ever had a dealership.

If the service department is as good as the sales folks I look forward to purchasing from and working with Nalley again in the future.

UPDATE:
A few months in to our ownership of a Jetta Sportwagon TDI  and the car is a delight. We have been to our first service appointment and Nalley continues to be awesome. Our roof had an odd rattle and they made scheduling an appointment and getting a loaner car super easy (we only have one car, so a loaner is key). The car is fixed and all is well!

When you show interest in buying one of their cars, they will act warm and thoughtful like you are the only people on earth that they truly care about. Once you do buy a car from the them, the minute you walk out the door, man their job is DONE! No follow up info regarding title, tag, registration, emission etc whatsoever.  Driving around town with expired tag with no registration?? THEY DON'T CARE!! You just have to find out by your own! They will never pick up your phone calls or email you back anymore, you are a PAST!  They made $600+ "dealership service fee" off you, unfortunately you still have to service yourself with EVERYTHING ! Finally walking in the tag office with title in hand, registration? NO! No emission test! Great! You expect anyone in the dealership will care to tell you that?! By all means, avoid this dealership as the second you see this post, run folks run!!
