i was very pleasantly surprised by donna and richard..i have dealt with this dealership for many years and today was the first time i was treated SPECIAL. i have a touareg 2012 its been nothing but DONNA fixed that for me..DONNA HAS GOT CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIPPING OFF HER....i must say because of her i rate this dealership 5 stars...if any one out there has any problems with this dealership look for DONNA...she will handle it from there.  Richard also gets 5 stars...he is the if you need anything besides service..look for RICHARD...worth 24 goats in some cultures...

I arrived 40 minutes early for a service appointment since there was no traffic.  My mileage was checked and was asked to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited 36 minutes before a service advisor even acknowledged me. When he did he apologized for being 2 minutes late on my appointment time.

There is still 1 car on the  lift I front of me. So I will need to wait a bit longer.

On a positive note I have no charge service, so I will have my 20k mile scheduled maintenance done for free. I will need to wait at least a addition one and a half hours when they start working on my car.

So my advice would be arrive at your scheduled appointment time. No need to be early. Expect to spend a few hours waiting, so make use of their shuttle, have a friend give you a ride home, and pic up your vehicle at the end of the day or the following day.

I am on my third Volkswagen purchased from Schumacher VW. I was in Friday at lunch time for routine maintenance. I dropped my car off with the assistant service manager at noon, with no appointment, and it was ready by four. I have had nothing but good experiences with the service staff at Schumacher. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to get you in and get you out with the proper service and/or repairs. Being a former VW (not at Schumacher) and BMW technician, I know what good service is and I also understand that things happen in a big dealership beyond anyone's control. I also know that there are some people you just cannot please no matter what you do. With that in mind, I give Schumacher a thumbs up and a four star rating and recommend buying and servicing your car at Schumacher VW.

I had a great experience at this dealership with buying a new 2014 Jetta TDI.  I was trading in my Audi TT and thought I would only be able to afford the car I wanted used, but they worked out an incredible deal for me and I drove away extremely happy!  They worked very hard to make sure to stay inside the budget I presented to them.  Michael is the best and answers my phone calls right away for any questions I have.  He was extremely knowledgeable about the car as well.  I highly recommend this dealership!

I am sorry everyone else had such a poor experience. I gave them 5 stars based on how I have been treated because I feel their customer service is far superior to any dealership I have used in the past.  My car has had numerous issues (New Beetle) and Rich has always gone above and beyond to make sure my car and my time are his priority.

Horrible customer service. I went there today rather than usual service center due to traveling to the area and had an check engine light with odd feel to the car function. Not only was my business not appreciated as I stood for over 5 minutes to get to the "right person", but they were rude and unsympathetic, stating it would be 4-5 hours before they could even look at the car and likely not be returned to me by end of day. They had no suggestion for alternate and we not apologetic. What a terrible representation of the VW brand!

Been here over 7 hours for routine maintenance and four new tires...absolutely ridiculous...Tyler the service advisor failed tell me the tires he recommended were not in stock and I've been sitting here for hours while they wait for the tires.

0 stars I would.  The people who run it are some of the rudest, lazy people I've ever had to deal with.  I will NEVER take my car back there for service again.  With that said I have never dealt with the sales department so....

Big inventory, great selection, large volume VW dealership.  Good service experienced with 2010 and 2012 VW's.  Very poor salesman follow-up on missing key set and other requests.  You would be better off upgrading to Infinity and working with Kingsley.

Very poor customer service.  My 2011  Jetta tdi had a manufacturing defect in the fuel pump.  Thry tried to blame this on me but when tested the fuel found i only put deisel in my car!   This dealer did not have parts and had them flown in from Canada.  I was without my car for 2 weeks. Very disappointing!!!  I would not buy from them again at all as the salesman and finance departments were absolute bullies.

While I had a loaner car (while mine was 2 weeks in the repair shop!!) another driver hit the loaner car and drove off.  The police later found him and he admitted guilt so police report states no fault for me.   This dealership put a claim against my insurance because they did not want to wait for the other one to pay up. I received several phone calls for payment over the phone with out an itemized bill.  Once I finally received that the dealership demanded my deductible immediately.  They were very rude over the phone and did not care about my current situation and the accident not being my fault.  I would not recommend them at all.  This experience was awful for me

I was disappointed by the last service I had.  I had an issue with the electric system on a new GTI.  I asked for a loaner to be available, they told me to come at 8 a.m., the loaner wasn't available until 9.  I was late for work and they were rude about it.  I'll get my car serviced at a different VW next time. They ended up keeping my car for 2 days and it was a missing fuse.  They said I must of taken it out but its a new car and I didn't even know where the fuse box was.  FAIL!

Bottom line - stay clear of these guys.
