With the exception of the young girl that greets you upon walking in, all of the employees are rude. No one says hello to you. They walk around like they are better than everyone else. The salesman I worked with, Walt, was rude and aggressive. During our test drive he was a complete pleasure to work with but as soon as we stepped into his office his mood changed. It was as if he was trying to intimidate me because I am a young female. And to top it all off, he insulted me to the point where I was rendered speechless. He assumed that my father paid for my car insurance and said very plainly, "I pay for my own car insurance. I wish I had someone to pay for mine." He let me take the Subaru home that night and I did not have to return it until two days later. After thinking about what he had said to me, I went back the following day on my lunch break and explained to him that he was rude and I wanted my car back. He offered up some lame, half-ass apology and walked away. He called me about 15 minutes later with a lower price on the car I was looking to purchase. I told him what I was willing to pay and I came in on the following Monday to work out the deal. It was then that the finance lady, Cindy, insulted me. She asked me if I was going to put any money down I said, "No, just my car." and she replied with, "You mean Dad's car?" Is my car in my father's name? Yes. That is because my father purchased it for me NINE years ago when I was in college. Why they feel the need to be SO hung up on the fact that the title isn't in my name is beyond me. They act entitled and rude and walk around like they are better than everyone. And then they expect you to make a $20,000+ purchase from them? It was then that I walked out of the dealership and left in "my daddy's car."

The absolute WORST experience from subaru salesman. Hours of nonsense. Not allowed to actually see or take the paperwork. Rude. Talking down to you. Acted as if I was bothering with asking questions. His math was wrong. Does not back up his word. In essence lied. I'm shocked a car salesman would lie! Lol. This one took it to a whole new level however.
