found a vehicle on the schumacher website, when i went to the dealership was told by Joe they couldnt find it. but of course one similar that was 10k more was available.
Left my # said to call me when they found it, 4 days later i see it still listed on the website, did a web inquiry. got a call back from jason who said it would be pulled around so i could check it out but to test drive it i'd have to leave a deposit (??wtf)
went to the dealership, nobody ever heard of jason and oh that vehicle is on a 2 day test drive. but we can show you one similar for 18k more.
its all switch and bait and smoke and mirrors. typical old school car dealer scams.
avoid this place.

Schumacher
noun
1. Grown men, smiling and lying like there's no tomorrow.

See disingenuous.

* It's been almost a year and Schumacher has been true to form. They think customers are stupid and gullible. Maybe we are...for a while. Goodbye Schumacher.

I can't believe the overwhelming negative experience I have had with this company, and I would highly advise everyone to avoid this company.

I had my truck taken to them because my fuel pump failed when I was in the process of moving. I had placed something above the sun visor that I forgot to take out; when I got my vehicle back I had noticed it was missing. I searched the truck in every place imaginable, but came up with nothing. So I called the service center to see if maybe during cleaning the inside someone moved it around and forgot to put it back in my vehicle.  I received a call back from someone who did not have the authority to conduct the investigation on my missing property, but had notified his boss and told me I would hear back shortly. Well, four days and many calls later I finally hear back. Only to be told that  he found nothing, with a voice of little compassion for the situation they put me in.

Now the missing property was the major issue I had and was the result for my low rating of them, but this was not my only issue. I like to look over my car before I take it back from them, but at this company, I had gotten the feeling from them that they are trying to rush you off the lot. In addition to that, I feel they don't provide a good write up of the work they have done or recommendations. I have friends who go to another dealership, and it's just a totally different experience.

Needless to say my family and I will NEVER do business with this company again. It's not the fact that something I care about is missing; it's the fact I felt little concern for my situation and couldn't even get a call back.
