My fiance and I bought a vehicle from roger dean 4 months ago and already have a list of repairs and recalls to be fixed on the vehicle we purchased. Needless to say we were basically told it wasn't their problem and it's life . Also that they are not a certified dealership , that they buy used cars and resell them without doing any kind of service check to the vehicle. We are now having to come out of pocket over 3000 dollars to repair issues on the vehicle that we didn't even cause . Never again will we consider roger dean or refer anyone we know to them. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could post this without having to  .. I also won't get into how unprofessional they were when we purchased the car ...rediculous! ! How they have been in business for so many years is beyond me !

I went to Roger Dean Chevy today to thank the salesman who one year ago, sold me the first used car I have ever owned, for his phone call on my birthday.  Tom Bond
responded to the page, and came and shook my hand. We talked and walked out
to my car in the lot. Tom saw some bird droppings on the car, and insisted on sending
it in to be cleaned.
Tom Bond's father, Tom senior, is the sales manager at Roger Dean. He came over and as I have met him before, shook my hand  and  said hello.
I bought this car a year ago, and was treated like a member of the family when I stopped in to say hi! I have never been treated so well at any Dealership before.
If your in the market for a quality product, at a fair price, I suggest you give them an
opportunity to make you " a friend of the family " also.

I came in two times already to do the service on my Camaros. i brought the second on in. Tony in service was great and explained everything in detailed. he helped me correct some missed issues in my past services that probably saved me some headaches and dollars. the sales staff and the service staff both were very friendly and attentive. great to have a dealer still going the extra mile for the customer. ps love that Vet!

Went there to get my outlets checked. You know the ones where you plug in your phone charger. They initially said it was the fuse because they never have issues with them. After literally 2 hours of sitting in their lobby they come and tell me it's definitely not the fuse. That they replaced the fuses and the outlets still did not work. It would cost $112 for a diagnostic test and then I'd have to pay for the part. Not to mention I was leaving in two days for a 13 hour road trip to Tennessee with no way to charge a phone for emergencies. Because they let me sit and wait until after closing time for them they said they couldn't help me that day and to come back. I had already taken off work for the first visit. So the next day at lunch break I was complaining to a friend about my frustration with the outlets. He asked to take a look and of course I said yes. It took him literally about 35 seconds to pop open the fuse box and tell that the fuses were blown. He replaced them in just a few minutes and everything is fine. I will never, ever go back to Roger Dean or buy another car from them. To be honest I don't even think that they looked.

I'm from NY and have a house in the WPB area. I've been spending a lot of $ on car rentals. Decided I wanted to check out a new car lease as an option. Checked out Yelp and decided to visit this dealer and ask for Rob Hetzel because he was mentioned positively in a prior review. Well the prior review was correct. It was a pleasure working with Rob and the team. No high pressure. They gave me a price and didn't press with the "are you ready to buy today".

When I went to 2 other dealers, I couldn't get a real price unless I played a game with them. They only really wanted to work if I told them I'm ready to buy. I don't like that stupid question. So I played along just to get a benchmark, I said I was ready to buy.  Turns out the #'s at Roger Dean were good and Rob and the team was a easy to work. As a result they got my business.

I'm very happy with the delivery and operational instructions given to me at delivery.

I'm honestly so happy that I bought my car at Roger Dean Chevrolet. In looking for a car to purchase, I had gone to several car dealerships to do my research, from Miami to Fort Lauderdale to West Palm and several Carmax's, and ended up being quite happy w the fact that this dealership was the one I purchased from(they even offered me more money for my car than Carmax).  Everyone there from Jeff, Tom, Rodney, Marlon, Calvin, everyone was so polite and helpful in making my decision not pressuring me to make a decision I would absolutely buy a car there again.

My brief dealings with Roger Dean Chevrolet were via email and phone, and thank goodness, because the lack of professionalism among the family of hot heads who work at this dealership would make me hesitate to walk through the doors in person.

I'm shopping for a new car and received a good offer from another dealer, so I scoured all the nearby dealerships for comparable cars to see if anyone had a better offer. I found one such car at Rodger Dean, and submitted a request for info via their website.

I received a reply from Thomas Bond, who basically told me that the price on their website was their best number and "you are welcome to shop elsewhere."  I was surprised, because this is the only dealership I've encountered that won't negotiate, and the published number wasn't competitive relative to other dealerships.

I wasn't sure if this was a negotiating tactic, so I wrote back explaining that the number wasn't competitive and concluded:
"If Roger Dean is a dealership that refuses to negotiate on a 2 year old car that's sitting on the lot taking up selling space, just let me know and I'll take my business elsewhere.  There is no sense wasting anyone's time.  But if you want to sell this car and get it off your lot and off your books, give me a number I can work with, and let's make a deal."

About 20 minutes later I received a nasty voicemail from Mike.  Apparently Mike is Thomas' father.  Mike was pretty pissed off, he called my email "adversarial" and told me several times that they "don't need to sell a car" and suggest that if I wanted to 'discuss it further' I should come see him face-to-face, in an aggressive tone that suggested "let's step outside."

Perhaps Thomas isn't cut out to be a car salesman, if he needs his daddy to call and yell at every customer who doesn't buy a car from him...

I responded to the comment from business owner Jack S., both on Yelp and via email, but he has neglected to write back to me.  Unprofessional behavior seems to be top-down at Roger Dean Chevrolet.

I finally got a response from Jack, who said, "We have reviewed and discussed the issue that you voiced several times over in our manager meetings and our General Manager, Jeff page, has had discussion with Mr. Bond about the claims."  That was all I got from Jack.  

Then, two weeks later I got calls and emails from Brandon Orlando, Customer Experience Manager, who wanted to know if I was "totally satisfied" with my experience at Roger Dean Chevrolet.  Apparently he was completely unaware of my experience.  He must not be one of the "managers" in Jack's "manager meetings."  So I shared my experience.

You would think that's the end of it, especially considering it's been 2 months since my experience.  However, I STILL get unsolicited marketing calls from Roger Dean Chevrolet at least once a week.  Sometimes twice a week.  Each time from a different sales person, and sometimes trying to sell me a different car.  Every time I ask to be removed from their calling list, and they apologize and hang up, but a few days later, BOOM, there is another call.  I can't help but wonder if my cell phone number is written on the bathroom wall, "For a good time, call Christopher M."

At this point in time, I'm beginning to feel harassed.  I can't help but wonder if this is retaliatory for my negative review.  What does it take to stop getting harassed by Roger Dean Chevrolet???

Had a great experience at Roger Dean buying first car from them. My Sales Associate Rob Hetzel was a pleasure to work with. Everything was processed quickly and ready for me to just sign and drive my new car away. I'd definitely recommend ROGER DEAN and Rob to all my friends.
