Purchasing the car wasn't overly stressful but everything else has been. four months after buying my Acura Tl the Torque converter starting going out and this is covered under the Q certified warranty I have with them......my service agent contacted the warranty company to get repair approval and they DENIED HIS CLAIM DUE TO A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION!!!!! I thought health insurance companies were the only low-life's swimming in the scam pool. the dealership helped me pay for the repairs and this left a nasty taste in my mouth with these guys. fast forward 12 months and my oil pump gasket started leaking oil.. no biggie, this is also covered under the power train warranty......THE CLAIM CAME BACK AS DENIED SINCE THE PUMP ITSELF WASN'T BAD, BUT JUST THE SEAL. what the @#$% is the difference. they will jump through hoops to deny any and all valid claims. Be prepared to take it up the Butt if you let them talk you into anything with their garbage Q certified warranty.

Great Car dealership ! There Pre-Owned dealership has so many fancy and interesting cars it's crazy some of the exotic cars they get. We had bought an ML-350 from them and it was great they took our BMW X3 as a trade everything went well and I used to sell cars and I sold Aston Martins and we were even as good as Napelton Acura. Our sales men was Burley Grant he was more then great he wasn't to pushy he treated you like family he was honest nice and really gave us a wonderful experience so if you need to buy a car go to Burley Grant at Napelton Acura because you won't be disappointed!

I was extremely interested in an Acura MDX that Palm Beach Acura had on their lot.  Since I live in Miami, I wanted to make sure that everything I was asking for was going to be what I was getting when I got there.  It was.  There was no shadiness or bait and switch tactics.  Everyone was friendly, honest, and accommodating.  

I had been to other dealerships and felt slighted and misguided.  Palm Beach Acura was amazing.  I would definitely recommend this Acura dealership over many others!

Car shopping is fun to a point.  It boils down to both the customer and the salesperson being happy in the long run.  Frustration is one of the words that I can use to explain the process.  After going to and calling several dealerships, the deal fell through here.  There was no pressure and Nelson, the salesman, was courteous and professional during the whole experience.  Apparently, they must love washing cars since he told me I can have my car washed for free anytime that I'm in the area.  So, saying goodbye to my old Mustang was a piece of cake.  I love our new RDX and can't wait to see what memories it will bring.

I bought my most recent car here (2003 3.2 CL... it's my baby), and the salesman was awesome. No crazy high pressure situations, very friendly, etc.

I also had my car serviced here a few times. There's a nice waiting area, and things are handled very professionally. The only thing that could make it better is if they took appointments for oil changes and had wifi to get some work done while waiting.
