We didn't buy our car there but we did take it in to the service department for a quote.

The air bag sign lit up on the driver's side one day on our 2006 Sonata. We hadn't been in an accident or had any changes to the car - just went on unexpectedly.

Before I went there I went to a local mechanic who diagnosed the issue which was a faulty sensor under the passenger seat. He quoted me $1250 to fix it. I also visited a different dealership and they quoted me $1400 to fix it.

So I drove over to the service department at Napleton one day to get a quote. I told the service guy I had been to a mechanic who diagnosed the issue. He told me the mechanic was wrong and it couldn't be that sensor.

I went inside and spoke with another gentleman who told me it was indeed the sensor the first mechanic told me about, meaning the other guy at Napleton was wrong. He was very angry and short-tempered as he spoke with me. He then printed up an estimate for me which was for $1309 + $250 labor to fix it for a total of $1559.

Then I took it to a third dealership, and you know what? They fixed it for free since it was still under warranty which I was not aware of. How in the fuck can they do it for free yet Napleton was going to charge me $1559? Napleton even looked up my VIN # so they could easily see it was still under warranty but they still tried to charge me.

Do not trust this place. I sure as hell don't. Would gladly go out of my way to stop someone from going there or purchasing a Hyundai in the first place. This place is a complete scam.

James was my salesman and he made it a pleasant experience. The car buying experience is always a little nerve racking but James was on his game and I never felt like I was forgotten. It went faster than I expected and I walked away with my new car at a really good price.
