Disgusting. I don't think they have heard about customer service before. Since you can't get an appointment two to three weeks out, they have a lot of walk-ins which they complain about and let the customer feel it. Every time an issue arises with my car, I wait in the service area for at least 20min until someone cares enough to serve me. Have been taking ny car in for the same issue for the fifth time. Every time, they tell me it's something else. My car is fairly new. Ridiculous. Waste of my time. I love my hyundai but because of the poor service, I will never buy a hyundai again.  I am actually surprised hyundai doesn't do anything to protect their brand.

We didn't buy our car there but we did take it in to the service department for a quote.

The air bag sign lit up on the driver's side one day on our 2006 Sonata. We hadn't been in an accident or had any changes to the car - just went on unexpectedly.

Before I went there I went to a local mechanic who diagnosed the issue which was a faulty sensor under the passenger seat. He quoted me $1250 to fix it. I also visited a different dealership and they quoted me $1400 to fix it.

So I drove over to the service department at Napleton one day to get a quote. I told the service guy I had been to a mechanic who diagnosed the issue. He told me the mechanic was wrong and it couldn't be that sensor.

I went inside and spoke with another gentleman who told me it was indeed the sensor the first mechanic told me about, meaning the other guy at Napleton was wrong. He was very angry and short-tempered as he spoke with me. He then printed up an estimate for me which was for $1309 + $250 labor to fix it for a total of $1559.

Then I took it to a third dealership, and you know what? They fixed it for free since it was still under warranty which I was not aware of. How in the fuck can they do it for free yet Napleton was going to charge me $1559? Napleton even looked up my VIN # so they could easily see it was still under warranty but they still tried to charge me.

Do not trust this place. I sure as hell don't. Would gladly go out of my way to stop someone from going there or purchasing a Hyundai in the first place. This place is a complete scam.

Do NOT purchase from this dealership.  They make promises and do not keep them.  We traded in a lease auto and were told that the trade in charges would be waived.  Talked to our sales rep and he said that his manager would take care of it.  4 months later we are still getting bills, and a collection agency is calling.  Avoid this place at all costs.  Mgr Vince DiLombardo is a little man whose word is worth crap.  The other Mgr Efran is worse.

This dealership completely scammed me. I don't know who the bigger idiot is, me or them. They called me with a great deal to get into a new car, and I did. We verbally agreed to a 36 month lease and they wrote 42 months on all the contracts, and me like an IDIOT, didn't see it. So now I'm stuck with this car for 4 years. Wont ever do business with them again.

The showroom HAS been updated! They moved to a new location (Okeechobee and Congress) and the service department is top notch with brand new everything. I recommend this Napelton Hyundai to everyone.

The showroom needs updating but is full of energy - almost frenetic. They had a good selection in stock and were able to show me a 2011 Sonata SE 2.0T in grey with the options I wanted. Armando was very helpful and worked with me to get the sales manager to meet my price. It took about 15 minutes of attempted negotiating  for them to realize I had done my homework, knew invoice pricing and had secured pricing that would be honored by other dealers. They matched the price and trade-in offered for my car and threw in the extra options on the car - about $140.  Can't say anything about their service yet, but I drove away in the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay.
