I'm having a such a poor customer experience that I'm forced to come here and hope that someone responds to me because I can't get ANYONE knowledgeable or professional on the phone.

This is regarding an Smart Electric Drive. Unfortunately, since Mercedes OUTSOURCES their emergency roadside assistance, all I can speak with is a phone operator with no knowledge of their vehicles or concepts related to EMERGENCY assistance for their electric smart cars. After waiting 2 hours for someone to show up, I get a tow truck driver with minimal association to Mercedes with the WRONG setup to tow an electric only car that can only be towed on a flat! My time was wasted and so was his. However, and I can't blame him at all, I could smell the ganja from 6 feet away so i'm sure he's all good with it.

It is obvious that NO ONE has any specialized knowledge of how Smart Electric Drive vehicles work and I am completely dumbfounded as to what I'm paying for if I don't actually get any service.

PS The policy of having your operators conclude calls with "i hope you have a better day" needs to go

Great dealership very nice my service representative is Melissa very nice and gets the job done. Of course what do you expect it is very expensive but at least you know you won't be going in for servicing every other month.

First class experience from start to finish. We had done our research on the car we wanted and a friend recommended we contact the general manager, Brian Sattar.  Not only did he give us the best price over the phone, he had someone bring the car to us to test drive so all we had to to was go to the dealership and sign the paperwork.  I would recommend anyone in the market for a new car to go see Brian at Mercedes of Palm Beach. It will be the nicest car buying experience you will ever have. Thank you Brian!!!

I went for my A3/B1 service here and was recommended to Bruce in service and my experience was absolutely flawless.  Not only is Bruce a friendly guy, he's got time for personal conversation and gives a warm sense of genuine caring.  NOTHING you do at a Mercedes-Benz dealership is cheap; so having the right experience is key.  Being in Palm Beach amplifies that sensation even further.   Again, Bruce is phenomenal, made sure I was provided with transportation to leave, called me upon completion and explained the services done when I returned.

I shared with him what I knew about my car, what I intended to do, he made the proper notes and no one was a "salesmen".  I truly enjoyed my visit to service at Mercedes Palm Beach and love my Mercedes E-Class ever more!!!!

After meeting the body shop manager , Ron, I feel the need to update my review.  Admittedly my previous review was written with angst and disgust over the overall experience of the accident.  Ron, however, was very helpful, knowledgable and professional in his dealings with me.  That being said,  I apologized for my impulsive criticism.  However , the interior of the car was still sticky and had pieces of glass in it.  It clearly wasn't cleaned well, Ron did offer to have me come back and have the car cleaned again .

Please learn from my experience and stay away from this dealer. My new Mercedes is a lemon that has been in service 3 times and going in again. You may want to rethink MB...their quality has suffered in light of record sales.
The car is one thing, but this dealer is dishonest and will lie to your face to close a sale. Not sure if I can mention names but their Sales Manager in particular is a snake...stay away...my salesman was Ja**n another liar...

An update to my previous review.  It wasn't until I  reviewed this company on Yelp that I received a phone call from a sales manager at the dealership.  He was curious as to why I wrote my review.  I explained to him my view and he listened.  Even though he listened I am not sure that I was heard.   I believe that I would not have been contacted if I did not post on Yelp.  The dealership did refund my deposit and for that I am pleased.  What still bothers me is that they pushed to get my review removed /edited/changed to positive.  I consider that extreme.  My experience was what I reported.  That in itself is factual.  Therefore no posting change is necessary .  I am however reporting that they did follow up whether coerced or not.  I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to this dealership.  Having no confidence as a consumer in this establishment  needs to be conveyed.

First class experience from start to finish. I worked with Fred who made my car buying experience extremely pleasant.  We got most done over the phone and through email so when I got to the dealership I literally just had to sign and drive. There was no games of pricing. I provided a budget and he gave me some options and with some minor tweaking we both got to where we needed to be.

It was well worth the 30 minute drive just to have a car buying experience like this.

I love this place its a bit outdated especially the service department but the customer service is amazing...   This is why I always take my car to this location..  I used to have  a lexus they have the best looking service department but the customer service didn't even compare to Mercedes...  As long as this dealer is open I will be coming here..
