You can't believe what happens at Lexis of Palm Beach. Tony S took the call. Alex Q the manager made me so comfortable I bought my convertible from them. Matt S in the finance office went to battle for the best interest rate. This place does NOT sell cars, they allowed me to stay in control and PURCHASE an automobile. Thank you Lexis. I believe everyone in Florida should come here in order to get everything they deserve. This dealership also offers a 3 day 150 mile 100% refund policy. So check it out if you're looking.

I would like to personally thank Holt, Matt and Anne over at Lexus of Palm Beach for upgrading my lease to a new 2015 IS 250 F Sport !

They provided great customer service and a great friendly staff. It was nice to finally meet Anne after talking with her for several months discussing my upcoming end of lease options.. Thank you, Anne, for your dedication and follow up for my new lease ! Anne paired me up with Sales Rep, Holt. He was very friendly and welcoming to any questions I had. Matt made sure I understood the lengthy paperwork and got me through it quick

The staff at Lexus is first class!! From the time I walked in everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. My service technician Charlie was a stand up guy and made an inconvenient situation not so bad. I went here today with my mom looking for a Lexus 2015 RX either for lease or buy. The guy showed us a RX 350 for lease. The guy was nice enough to drive the car to the front since their golf cart wasn't working. We sat inside and checked out the interior of the car, and he gave us little information about it. You wouldn't believe what he did next.... He turned off the car and asked us to come inside and talk numbers. He asked us "how do you feel about the car?" I thought to myself, it's fantastic because it comes with a driver!!! How am I suppose to know how do I like the car without even having the chance to test drive it?? I told him I saw the lease online for a certain price, and he said "let me zoom in on the fine print for you". I said " this isn't the deal I saw." I pulled it up, and it was actually from another dealership, so I showed up. He had to pull it up on his computer and try to point fine print to me. He said he couldn't match the price because that dealership probably don't even have that car in stock. Bashing about another dealership like this does not make me want to do business with you. Rather than doing what the little flyer on his desk said "best price guarantee". I even showed it to him, and his replied was this is "OUR" best price and continue to bash on the other dealership that even if I go there, they don't have any in stock. He pretty much asked me if I want it or no, of course, I said no thank you. I will try my luck with the other place. He tried to stop me from leaving and asked if I get you this price are you going to take it. At that point, it was pointless trying to earn my business.

I love love love Lexus of Palm Beach... I just recently bought my 3rd Lexus from them. The process is so easy and smooth it reminds me of why I keep buying Lexus's and why I keep using this dealership.. I came in on Monday for my 30k service and they offered to buy back my Lease so I came back Tuesday and in under 90 min I picked out my new 2015 ct200h f sport and was already driving home.. I have never been in and out of a dealer faster. I highly recommend them.

All of the staff at Lexus of Palm Beach are so friendly, but I'm happy that I had Anne Lopatin as my sales person. She took the time to show me all the new features of my IS 250 and I am loving the car! She also took the time to follow up with some issues I had and corrected them right away. 5-star service all around!

After receiving awful service at JM Lexus, it was so nice to be treated properly at a Lexus dealership.  I called in a panic on a Friday at 5pm.  My parking sensors were going off non-stop while I was driving down the road in the rain.  I called PB Lexus and asked if I could come in, but also told them that I needed a loaner as I had an open house for my son and my daughter's bday party within the next 24 hours.  I didn't have time to be waiting around.  I was told to see Francesca.  When I arrived Francesca was right there to help me.  She was able to quickly provide me with a loaner vehicle and get me on my way.  She called the next morning to keep me informed of the status of my vehicle.  They got everything fixed within 24 hours.  

I can't say enough of how well I was treated during this experience.

Although everyone is nice. Service takes soooooo long and they only give you a loaner car if your service will take at least 5 or more hours. I feel like I've been here forever. The waiting area is okay but there could be more fiod options. Seriously the stale bagels and cream cheese that's been sitting out (not on ice or in a fridge!) is gross. No thanks I don't want to get sick. And they should replace the outdated Starbucks coffee machine with a Nespresso. Guess I'm just stuck stuffing as many bottles water as I can into my purse. Thanks Lexus. This may come in handy if anyone ice bucket challenges me.

Danielle and this dealership made a great first impression

We brought our new RX350 in for its 5000 mile service. The check in was quick, the service time was as promised, the lounge was very comfortable and the breakfast bagels were a nice surprise.

It's a pleasure to say nice things about our new hometown Lexus location

Great place - if you like to pay more.  This is my 2nd new car purchase with Lexus of Palm Beach, and although I love the dealership, after an exhausting purchase experience, I wound up paying much more than I would have at a different dealership.

Highly unprofessional.  I wouldn't purchasing a car from this dealer.  My boyfriend and I went to their location, spoke to Jerry and filled out a credit application for a car on the lot.  Jerry never returned our calls after 3 days despite the fact that our credit was in good standing.  I then called the GM of the dealership and left a message and asked him to return my call - 3 days later NO CALL.  

There are TONS of car dealerships - I suggest you shop at one where the staff is professional enough to return your phone calls.  Especially the GM

Just another SHADY car dealership. Do not waste your time.

I went in to check out the IS250 Convertible. As it was the first time I was seeing the car up close, I had little intent of actually purchasing that day and hadn't even done any research on pricing. Furthermore, I had my wife (I am using her Yelp account) and 4 month old daughter with me who had no desire to get stuck in a car dealership all afternoon. However, the salesman was constantly pressuring me to make an offer that would make me take it that day. I said I am in no position to make an offer before I can research it for myself. So he took out a price sheet and kept writing numbers on it. Would you buy it for this amount, he asks? No, I replied. He kept crossing off numbers, going lower and lower below sticker price and more than once doing the whole "let me talk to the manager" thing (so he obviously knew the ballpark he was able to offer me). I said I will take the number you proposed home and think about it and call you. I decided I would agree to the price that he left off on his worksheet, which was several thousand dollars below sticker price. I decided that I would agree to the last price he mentioned which seemed like a very reasonable deal. Before trekking out there again, I called the salesperson. He said he cannot discuss price over the phone and I would have to come in. I said I do not want to drag my daughter back to your dealership, which was not particularly close if he was not able to honor the price he offered me. He said absolutely do not worry about it, but he couldn't agree to a deal unless I came back in person. So I drag my family back there and when I get there, he says my boss will not discount the car and that I would have to pay sticker price. So not only did he waste all of my time the previous day, but then again the following day driving out there just to tell me they would not offer the deal and wouldn't even offer any deal whatsoever! He couldn't have just told me that over the phone???

I would rather pay more and buy from another dealership. I absolutely cannot stand to be treated this way when I'm in the market for a luxury car. I have heard from many people that JM Lexus is much better anyway. I've also bought from Mercedes of Palm Beach, who was no pressure and easy as could be. Don't waste your time here, you'd be better off at some used car lot if you enjoy that kind of service and games.
