Company Overview In 1980 Norm Gregersen and Bob Simpson collaborated to open Palm Beach Motor Cars with little more than $1,100, a rented building and four pre-owned Rolls Royce cars for sale. Eventually, Palm Beach Motor Cars went on to acquire Aston Martin, Saab, Jaguar, Alfa, Maserati and eventually Land Rover in 1987.

In November 2004 after 5 years planning and ten months of construction, the largest Land Rover Centre in the USA held its grand opening west of Jog Rd. on Okeechobee Blvd. in West palm Beach, Fl. Chosen as one of the first 5 in the nation, the facility boasts 39,170 sq. ft with 32 service bays.

Land Rover Palm Beach was the 1st to be acknowledged by Land Rover with the Pinnacle Award, the highest level of accolade a Land Rover dealer can acheive. We have earned this honor 6 more times, most recently in 2011.

Everyone told me there is a 6 months + wait for a car. Juan Marquez was not only able to to get me the excact car that I wanted, but in 6 weeks. There were no games, no hidden fees, it was a fantastic experience, completely opposite the one i had I Braman few months prior. I could not be more pleased.

Worked with Juan Marquez. Awesome guy. Walked in expecting to have to wait months for a RR HSE and he was able to get me into a vehicle the next day. How much better of a review can i write than that. He's awesome to work with a straight no frills kind of guy. Work with him if you go there.

I never thought I would give a car dealership a five star rating but I finally found one worthy of this.  I traveled from Miami to purchase my Range Rover after owning and servicing one years back with Land Rover South. (2 Stars at best).  Ishmail was my salesperson and he was fantastic!  It was not all about getting the deal but more about making sure I made the right decisions when considering my options.  The purchase and pick up were both wonderful experiences. Ishmail made sure I understood every button/system on the car before I drove off the lot.  His follow up was amazing as well. Service at it's best.  I did have a recall(nothing major) 2 weeks after my purchase and found the service  department to be just as fabulous as the sales department.  My advisor Allen was super!  Driving from Miami to Palm Beach for this car was worth every mile!!! Love it!!!

My experience at Land Rover Palm Beach was amazing. I had my tentacles out for a white Range Rover and I waited a few months and one day I got the call from Ishmael. He called to let me know that a my dream car had come in. We did everything over the phone I was able to complete all of my documentation. I simply signed and drove in less than an hour ! We had a great experience purchasing our range rover sport. Our sales associate Kevin Painter was extremely knowledgable about the history of Land Rover as well as the details of each Land Rover vehicle. Before I drove off, he took his time and made sure to go over every button and instrument in the car. It was extremely helpful.
The finance department was quick and easy. My husband was done signing the paperwork before I was done learning about the car. Great dealership and very professional.

I just felt I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you what a great experience I have had in my numerous dealings with your dealership.
I am originally from England and am a long time Land Rover enthusiast. I was actually financially involved with a Land Rover servicing business and have had many dealings from both sides.

Every time I have been into your facility, from the first time, when I had just moved to Palm Beach, just to check out my new local dealership to my most recent visit for a fuel injector problem on my LR4, I have been incredibly impressed.

My experience, as a Brit, of most dealerships down here in South Florida (including some other Land Rover dealerships I might add) has been less that pleasant and it's great to have you as my go to place for my Land Rover needs.

I feel I must make a special mention to one of your service employees, Conor Alexander. He has been absolutely everything a Land Rover customer would expect.
He manages to be extremely professional and knowledgeable but yet still maintain a very friendly and courteous attitude that makes you feel like you are really being taken care of like a friend. He is an absolute asset to your dealership.

Again, congratulations on a top rate facility and thank you to ALL the staff that makes it so.

Wow such an amazing experience here buying my vehicle .!!!

This facility is clean welcoming and overall awesome.

My first car buying experience here was amazing. Mr. Ishmail Merritt was so helpful he kept in contact with me, and was there to answer any questions I had along the way. He explained the car buying process why certain option were good for me etc. Mr. Merritt is one the BEST car salesmen I have encountered.

He is located on the right as soon as you enter the building. He is in the first cubicle.

I can't rave enough about Ishmail Merritt
And the land Rover palm beach team.

If you are in Florida it is worth the trip. If you are out of state it is worth the trip ..

I have been working with this dealership for years.  They make you feel as if you are family.  I recently traded in my old Range Rover and got a new one.  Matt Breen was my salesperson.  He really took the time to understand my needs and guide me in the right direction.  I would definitely recommend working with him.  Very happy with him and the service I received... it is another reason why I went back for another Range Rover at Land Rover Palm Beach.

Not very happy with my service experiences in the past year or so. I've been going there for years and feel taken advantage of lately. Went in specifically to fix a tire issue because air pressure light kept going on and so I knew something wasn't right. Had an oil change as well. In two days the tire indicator went on again. I had to go back in, they fixed the tire leak and charged me! I had been in for it and they didn't fix so they charged me! I'm the one who lost time not them!
Went in for oil changes and 90k service after that! Never once in the previous visits did they ever ask me about my battery! Then 2 days after 90k service and $688 later my car won't start. Won't jump as battery completely dead! Have to tow 38 miles and $100 later I have to buy a new battery. Another $240!!! Why didn't they ask about my battery two days ago? Or any other visits? How am I supposed to know I need a new battery?? They suck. My old service guy Matt was great but now he's in sales!! Sick of this company! They were so kind to not charge me for labor!! Bad service department manager never once came over to me to discuss anything and I asked to speak with him!! Although people that work there are always nice I don't trust the service department to do a real check up on car! May have to take my business elsewhere. Disgusted isn't the word to describe my feelings!!
