When my husband and I walked into the Rolls Royce dealership at Braman's in West Palm Beach we were greeted by the most wonderful man named Reza Amjani. He was the most professional and gracious salesperson that I ever met. He let us ddrive the cars we wanted to look at and couldn't do enough for us. He went out of his way to make the deal a pleasant experience. His follow through was right on.He made us feel so welcomed. I couldn't say enough about Reza. Thank you for a woderful experience

My experience with BMW service had been the worst. Brian Moore was so rude it's pathetic. I had made an appointment in advanced and he completely ignored me after I waited for 10 mins the girls in the front gave me a drop off slip to fill out. He never came too meet me or anything.When I came back to pick up my car my bill was more then expected so I asked to see him to get an explanation of the bill. He was rude with me and I was insulted. He talked down at me in the front reception area. When I got my car back it was filthy. Not to mention my parents have BOUGHT not lease 7 cars from Braman. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This 5 Star rating is largely due to the experience over the last 4 years with my MINI Motoring Advisor, Gary Rockoff.

4 Years ago, I was in the market for a MINI and ended up making contact with Braman MINI during my search for my new vehicle. Gary was my first contact and has established a fantastic rapport with me throughout the ownership of my car. I have been so pleased with the car and the outstanding continued customer service Mr. Rockoff has continued to provide- I just purchased and picked up my 2nd MINI from Braman a few weeks ago.

I live in Tampa; I am more than happy to drive across the state to continue with the level of professionalism and courtesy that continues through my ownership and established relationship with Gary. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that we could get the car that I wanted and would be happiest with.Not pushy, ever patient- the antithesis of most people's experiences with car sales. This is what top notch sales and service looks like- Gary Rockoff.

Best Service department by far. Aliyah is my service writer, first time I'm not talked down to because I don't know the first thing about fixing car. She is the most knowledgeable and professional person I have had in the past 15 years. Talk about customer service she goes above and beyond. Braman is extremely lucky to have such a employee representing them in the best way possible. Very happy to have my car back in perfect working order. Braman was nice enough to come to my house pickup the car and drop off a beautiful BMW for me to use while fixing my car. Very thankful to this organization and defiantly will recommend.

I'm reading these reviews and thinking ... Did I visit the same dealership?   We arrived at Braman BMW in the afternoon.  After walking round the lot for at least 15 minutes we realized that nobody was coming over to speak with us.   Finally, a gentleman walked over to us and we discussed the specific car I was (yes, was) looking for.  Simple, a 320i with no bells and whistles.  

I was very specific on monthly lease payment and limited options.  We test drove a very well-equipped BMW.  All along, I repeated that I did not need heated seats, navigation, etc.  He even showed me the lipstick mirror.  How appropriate ... I am a woman looking for a sports car.  Not sold ...

When we arrived back to the dealership, I repeated several times ... I cannot and will not pay more than $350 a month for this car.  I also do not want to put a dime more than $2,000 down.  

He went to the "manager" to discuss my requests.  He returned with a payment of $537 a month with $2,500 down.  Well, that's not what we discussed.  He then informed me that I could put $7,500 down and have a payment of $367 a month.  Well, that's not what we discussed either.

I repeated the deal I was looking for again.  He demanded that I put up a credit card immediately in order for him to speak to his manager about negotiating a better deal.  WHAT?  Why would I do THAT?

When I refused, he pulled out the paper credit report and demanded that I complete that.  WHAT?  Why would I do THAT either?

He then told me that if he makes a deal with me, it would only be good for THAT day ... Really?  Not tomorrow?  If I walked in tomorrow with a credit card and a completed application, would Braman refuse to sell me a car?

I promptly rose from my seat and thanked him and walked out.  Unfortunately, I had to see this "used car salesman" again because ... I forgot to mention ... they confiscate your diver's license and only after asking for it do they return it.

With all the information available on just about everything ... car sales is more about facilitating between the buyer and the dealership.  Hard sales tactics just don't work!

A customer lost ...

Went in to look at BMWs and MINIs with The Lady Fingers and came away the same afternoon with a new car for her.  She was very happy with the transaction, felt no pressure and came away with an extremely positive feeling about the dealership.  
Her trade-in had a custom bike rack that required a special tool to remove, instead of quickly getting rid of the car they held it for three days while we waited for the tool to arrive.  We'd buy from these guys again!

They have the worse costumer service in the world they sell you a nice car and then they treat you like a number this dealership is so big that they do not care, now they even have a enterprise car rental counter in it they should give you another BMW or a car they sell not a car from a rental company.
It is like a puppy mill you go to other dealership you get the same service person, I have had my car for 5 year every time I have a different person you can not build relationships like that; when we go to range rover it is the same person every time for sales and for service they know you you know them it makes you want to come back.
I am going to look for a new dealership to have my car service.

Their Sales team is superb---but their service is out of this world!  There is a small army that helps you from the moment you pull up to the service area until you are handed keys to your complimentary rental.  
They offer food and drinks while you wait (which is not that long) and they make sure to treat you as a priority.  I do not mind taking my car in for what is usually considered a dreaded task!
