Best car service ever!!! From Brian the sales rep to Tim the manager and John the gm were all great. The best price, best customer service,professional all the way and the best car experience I have ever had.  
   I shopped them around and their price was unbeatable so we ended up leasing two new vehicles.   If u are ever in the market for a car and it not a Cadillac I would still recommend you buy a car from them.

Stopped in to check out a new CTS and left with one and a great deal. Perry, the salesman did a great job, very patient and very knowledgable. I would come back for my next purchase or  lease. He was Very nice, laid back, knowledgable, friendly but not obnoxious, no pressure salesperson; treated me just right.  I got a better than fair price and he really went above and beyond to get me the deal

If you are looking to buy a Cadillac - this is the place!  When you visit, ask for Ed (in new car sales).  The dealership overall is fantastic, but specifically Ed is very detailed, taking the time to know the cars inside and out, plus he cares about his customers and making sure we were happy was his top priority.  We just bought a 2015 Escalade last week and David, the Sales Manager, was great to work with as he searched for the specific vehicle for us.  And Ed communicated extremely well,  continually keeping us in the loop on the process.  
We've since been in for service  (to add wifi and pin striping to the vehicle) and the team in service is great - it was the best service attention we've seen from a dealer.   Overall, great place and we'll be buying more cars from Ed and AutoNation Cadillac.

Bought my 2nd used Cadillac from Rudy, the first went well, the 2nd not so well as I decided to finance the car, Rudy hooked me up with ally financial,,the first two payments were made to 2 different addresses, then I decided to look up ally financial in scams and rippoffs as I became suspicious upon discovering  the company car I traded in with title in name of company was different from title on 2nd car, another weird suspicious variation from what I specifically told Rudy, to make sure the title was same as the car traded in.

I am a man who pays for what he buys director of a company doing R@D across the country. Now the irregularities began. If I am to experience a problem with ally financial like the mass of complaints under scams and rippoffs,then I will return the car to Rudy and hire a lawyer to deal with them. Problems are not worth any price.

I am surprised Rudy did this, and would like to know why the 2nd car is not titled like the car traded in. What rest could he have ? Is it am error fixable without expense to me ? Or is it the beginning of a serious problem ?

My husband and I were looking for a luxury SUV.  We visited other Cadillac dealers and a Mercedes and Lincoln dealer.  We liked the Cadillac SRX and we were treated just right at the Autonation Cadillac dealership.  No high pressure and they truly want you to be happy with your purchase.  Also, there was good follow-up with email about any questions we may have.

Best customer service ever!!  I have recently purchased a Cadillac SRX that had a small issue.  My service rep James Korber made bringing my car in a wonderful experience. I've had Mercedes, Lexus and Infinity vehicles and have used the service dept. NONE compares to the hospitality from the service dept.

The whole experience at AutoNation Cadillac WPB was wonderful. Rudy was knowledgable. He found exactly the car I wanted. John the GM came up with a deal my husband could live with. Sophia took care of our paperwork quickly in spite of a power outage. Everyone on staff went out of their way to help us. Bravo!!

If you want a zero pressure car buying experience and you love Cadillacs as much as I do head to AutoNation!  I bought my used CTS from Annette and it was the easiest vehicle transaction ever!  She is a super nice, laid back, knowledgable, friendly but not obnoxious, no pressure salesperson.  Also worked with Sophia in Finance Dept. who was very, very efficient and got us out the door quickly.  After a horrible experience at Braman (I will NEVER buy a car from any of their dealerships; rather ride a scooter than deal with them again!) this AutoNation dealership was a refreshing change of pace.

I always have a good experience with Tom as my service writer. He knows how to take care of my car. I've been very pleased with the service that i receive when  I take my car in. Bought a Cadillac Escalade yesterday at this location and it was the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had.

We drove over an hour to get here, after confirming the car we saw on-line was still available and the price was accurate. When we arrived, we were greeted by  Benny, our internet salesman who was busy so he introduced us to Jay, who took us on our test drive and walked us through the purchase from beginning to end. We got a fair price and they really went above and beyond to get us the deal we needed.

My one and only complaint is the amount of people you have to deal with and why it takes so long once you've made your deal:!the salesperson, his manager, the internet manager, the finance guy, the girl getting your plates - it took 5 hours and was exhausting. Also, the finance guy Jackson, he really needs to learn better people skills. He kept cracking these corny jokes like "don't worry we'll only be here another hour or two" after he knew we were getting annoyed with how long it was taking. Oh and i thought my husband was going to punch him in the face when he said "who's that handsome guy thats getting a new car?" Really. Dude what works on the 65 year old ladies doesn't work on those who work in the real world with business people on a daily basis. Nice guy but I suggest some career coaching on how to read people.

I have bought over 50 cars in my lifetime, and I just bought a new Cadillac XTS at Autonation Cadillac West Palm Beach 2 days ago.   I was blown away by these people.   I got a fair deal, on a great car.   And to top it off, after we had agreed on a price, they came back and said they had found an additional $1300 in rebates I was eligible for.   Sales guy Eric Griffiths and Sales Manager Tim Beverly went above and beyond to make this deal happen.    Eric spent 45 minutes with me yesterday going over the details of the car and all of it's complicated electronics.  There wasn't much he didn't know!  Would I recommend them?  Absolutely.    Can't review the XTS yet, but I traded in a Lexus LS 460, and so far, I've been very impressed.  I've owned Cadillacs before, but this one is the best so far.
