Reviews on Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

I brought my car in for a recall repair and they asked me to pay for a one hour diagnostic costing $130. Couple hours later he called back and said they wanted to do a three hour diagnostic on the car for a total of $390.

When I went back to get the car I told him that I didn't trust them because of all the negative reviews online. Associates response was that he didn't see the value in providing a good customer experience because even if he bends over backwards for a guest they might still leave a negative review and therefore he has learned to do the bare minimum. I would just trust your gut with these guys also look for any information on the Better Business Bureau before trusting them with your car and maintenance of your vehicle.

I ended up looking on Google and on yelp for a mechanic in the area that had positive reviews and found Ultimate Auto Service of Lake Worth. I ended up taking my car in there and they were able to solve the problem within an hour.

In and out in 45 minutes..very quick with a very FULL waiting room. And I learned today that they don't just patch a tire with a screw in it. They take the wheel off and patch it from the inside. I was very happy today with my experience.

After 4 weeks and dozens of calls Jim Arrigo did meet with me and resolve the issues in a very business like manor.

worse customer service ever!!!! I signed the contract under the promise that they will fix 2 thinks and noting got done! (also they had more than 2 weeks time to fix it because i had to transfer money from Europe)
First commend was you have anyway warranty you can go where ever you want (because i life in Palm City).
I had to come back 4 times untill they fixed everything and got promised and lied to several times. when i calculate time gas and care use in it it cost me more than $1500! They don't listen to customers and they lie!

My sales person was dwaine and they should fire him!!!

Worst experience buying a car. As one of the yelpers said, they'll do anything to get you in their showroom, waste your time and then hit you with a crazy price. The guy that "helped" us (Raymond?) totally fooled us saying that we could easily get in a new car knowing that our credit wasn't good and that we had a low down payment, didn't check any credit before wasting our whole day showing cars and at the end, when we were ready to buy: we can't do anything for you. We called the manager to complain and the attitude was careless and mean.. Pretty much: we don't give a darn! Very very bad experience, if you have a decent credit and down payment don't waste your time with these people, if you don't have it.. Definitely don't go there!

Service dept. is totally inept.  Took our grand jeep cherokee in because it was 'missing' and jerking.  They said it had no oil. Seriously? No leak, no puddles.. Maybe it evaporated. Then replaced solenoids for $900. Still missing. Then replaced computer for $600. They still had no idea whats wrong and want to take the engine apart.  we left with it driving ten times worse than when we brought it in.

Always have owned jeeps but test drove a couple this weekend, and they dont run well anymore. We bought a Lincoln instead.

DON'T BELIEVE THEIR ADS .... These guys will tell you anything to get you inside their showroom to sell you a car at above-MSRP.  You hear the Arrigo brothers run ads about "33% End of the Year Close Out" and when you get there the sales manager doesn't know what the ad is about because they don't have one car that is 33% or 22% or 11% off.  They just don't have any cars on sale.  Once, you get in the door, they just want to sell you a car ABOVE the factory suggested price.  They call the higher than MSRP price an "adjusted market price."  If you see their ads, just remember there is NO TRUTH to anything they say.  If you confront them about it, they will throw you out.  Don't even ask for a deal.  They get offended.  If you want to pay full price OR MORE, go Arrigo.

Actually nice people, worked with me & guided me in the right direction when I was trading in my truck. Pretty cool with the service department too!

I purchased a car from this dealership in 2004, and was quite happy with the service and sales department. I recently went back after my 2004 vehicle was totaled and had a very different experience. The salesman and finance manager basically ganged up on me and then accused me of trying to buy a car for someone that didn't exist! The salesman refused to show me used cars or new cars in my price range. I'll take my money where it's appreciated.

I went to the service department to have my 2006 jeep grand Cherokee srt8 looked at because of a noise I was having. After 30 minutes the tech came back with an estimated of $3600 for a new transfer case. I thought that was crazy. I went to another dealership for a second opinion. It turned out all I needed was new tires. What a shame. I would never recommend them to anyone as a matter of fact I will make it a point to tell people to stay away from them, as they are not to be trusted.
